Located in West Dennis, this quintessential Cape Cod home is a dream! Cozy three bedroom (with fourth bonus basement bedroom), two bath beach house is one mile from one of the most popular Dennis beaches, South Village Beach. Relax on the oversized deck after a day at the beach. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off the days adventure and a hammock for reading your favorite book at sundown. Smart televisions in the living room, primary bedroom and basement living room. Bright kitchen with casual dining area provides plenty of room to spread out or spend time together. Central AC and Wi-Fi. Quiet neighborhood with basketball hoop out front. Washer/dryer located in basement along with beach towels and chairs. Linens and bath towels included.
Minutes drive to Route 28 with Dunkin Donuts, Holly's Deli, mini golf, ice cream, bakeries, kayak rentals, and local shops and restaurants. Golf courses nearby. A great getaway to relax and unwind.
