Location is right at ski hill. We stayed off season but could hike right up the mountain with beautiful views and aspens in full color. Just a short drive down to Crested Butte with lots of restaurants, a movie theater and shopping. The condo was clean, well equipped and allowed our dog to stay with us. We found a dog sitter to watch our pooch while we hiked the 4 passes loop in one long grueling but amazing day. Would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful spring break location for the whole family!

This San Mortiz property was ideal for our family, including our lovable 5 year old dog. The ability to gear up, walk about 30-50ft to a short hill down to the West Wall Lift was perfect.

The place was was as advertised. The location was great. Wood burning fireplace was nice. The only negative is the noise from the unit above. Kids in the unit above we’re running around like animals and it was loud.

We always find it clean, comfortable, and the staff has been helpful whenever we’ve needed anything. The kitchens in these units are some of the best stocked condos we’ve stayed in. Views are great from any of the buildings but the two buildings at the top can see way down Washington Gulch for some amazing sunsets.
