I only gave 1 star because I had Too. Do not stay here! The door was left completely broken leaving my family in a non secure house over night. The shower rod was broke in the Disney bathroom we were unable to shower there. The other bathrooms were dirty and nothing washed, the bunk bed was broken leaving my kids to not feel safe to put weight on it. The “jacuzzi” did not have warm water your suppose to pay extra for a hot jacuzzi and when I asked to I was told no because I should’ve asked 48hours in advancedThere was broken items in each room It was hard to get a hold of the host during my first night there which made me extremely uncomfortable I would recommend looking else were for a better experience

Responsive owners!

Our family had a lovely stay at this property. The house is well equipped with everything you'll need for your vacation. Tons of room for our group of 10. The owner's are very responsive to messages. While we had couple of minor issues (dishwasher that leaked, but was fixed quickly by owners...and then a noise issue from young partying neighbors), I would definitely recommend this property!Our only regret was not spending more time at the clubhouse!

The Storey Lake community is always great, and we’ve enjoyed staying here in the past. However, this particular home fell short of expectations. We paid to have the pool heated, but upon arrival it was not warm at all, causing us to lose an entire day of something we had specifically paid for.Additionally, the dishwasher had not been unloaded from the previous guests and contained dirty dishes, which was disappointing. The shower curtains also need to be replaced, as they were very moldy.It is also worth noting that this is advertised as a quiet neighborhood; however, two of the homes behind us had guests outside blasting music and talking extremely loudly until 3–4am, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.Overall, while we love the community, these issues impacted our stay and should be addressed for future guests.
