The home is conveniently located just 1 km from Bayside Shopping Centre, offering easy access to grocery stores, cafés, restaurants, and boutiques. The apartment has its own entrance and garden, separate from the owner's house.

Upon arrival, you may be greeted by your host. All the information you need for your stay to be impressively comfortable is provided in the arrival guide. If you require anything else, please contact the host.

The host reserves the right of admission. The person making the booking must be one of the guests staying at the property and may be required to present valid identification upon arrival. If the guests who arrive do not match the booking details, or if false or misleading information has been provided at the time of booking, the host reserves the right to deny access or cancel the reservation without refund.

Your stay includes a prepaid electricity allowance (enough for a week). If you need more, it can easily be topped up online or at local shops. In winter, we provide one full gas bottle for the heater – refills after that are at your own cost.
