The Poggenpohl kitchen, equipped with state-of-the-art Miele appliances, blends style and functionality. The primary bedroom includes a luxurious ensuite bathroom with radiant heat flooring, while the second bedroom offers ample space with a queen-sized bed. Additional conveniences include in-unit laundry and generous storage throughout.



The building itself offers comprehensive amenities including a fitness center, advanced security with a virtual doorman, a private lounge leading to a garden, and a roof-deck with panoramic Hudson River views, ensuring a luxurious living experience in the heart of the Upper West Side.



To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.



The Neighborhood:

The Upper West Side is home to Lincoln Center, which hosts performing-arts institutions like the Metropolitan Opera and New York City Ballet. Amid the grand apartment buildings of Central Park West, the American Museum of Natural History presents everything from dinosaurs to outer-space exhibits. On weekends, families emerge from stately brownstones on quiet side streets to line up for brunch or bagels.



Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



Due to the layout and design of this property including open staircases, elevated terraces, and fragile furnishings it is not suitable for children under the age of 12.



This property requires owner approval for all reservations, and is subject to a background check after the booking is completed to confirm the reservation.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
