The trip was a surprise to my husband for our 11th Anniversary. When I arrived there was some confusion about description of the room we booked, however, Barb jumped into action and dug into the cause of the confusion Barb was very helpful and kind and corrected the situation. Thank you for accommodating us and for the support and Awesome service.

Room was overall nice and updated. The bed however was uncomfortable and splits down the middle as it is two twins making a king bed.

Room was very clean & appealing. We were unsure how to access room because we did not realize it was set up like a motel with front desk check in. King bed was comfy but room was listed as 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. It was an adjustment for us. Also only 1 towel ( of us stayed there) & no washcloths or soap. Front desk provided additional towel & washcloths.)

Property in general is ran down. Room was minimal, 2 twin mattresses on top of 1 larger box spring. TV reception was horrible so they moved us a floor up. In this room, there waa NO toilet paper receptacle at all. TP stored under the sink, not all at convenient to the restroom. Cheap soap and bathing amenities. I had problems with a random charge to my card after paying online when I booked and also a 100.00 deposit. The deposit came off after checkout but it took 4-5 days for the random charge to come off. The contact at the property said someone made an error. All in all, not a typical VRBO quality property.
