Perfect for a couple or small family of up to four, this one-bedroom condo offers a private covered balcony, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a living room with cable TV/DVD and a queen-size sofa bed. The bedroom features a king bed, cable TV, and plenty of drawer space. Enjoy the added convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer and free wireless internet.

Enjoy unique access to all the amenities Pointe Royale Resort has to offer, including a heated indoor pool, two outdoor pools, a hot tub, a kiddie pool, two lighted tennis courts, a fitness center, and a playground and picnic areas.

This is a 3rd-floor condo with 20 steps up to enter. There is no elevator in the building.

Host was very welcoming and checked on us often. The floors could use a good cleaning especially around baseboards. Bed was pretty good. Had trouble getting tv in living room.

Exceptionally clean!

This condo was exceptionally clean and overall very comfortable. The one disappointment was there was no recliner as pictured in many of the promotional shots. Was looking forward to being able to recline and elevate feet. That said, we would not hesitate to rent this unit again.

Definitely stay in the two bedroom condos

The first night we stayed in a one bedroom condo. It was so outdated. Felt like we were back in the 70’s. Called the front desk asking for an upgrade for night two which we received a two bedroom condo……SO MUCH BETTER! There was no comparison! Will never stay in their one bedroom condos again! Will always book a two bedroom from now on with them.

Nice, could use a little update

Very beautiful and clean property. It's an older unit that could use updated. Check in was simple checkout a breeze, pools and grounds were wonderful!
