Experience the most relaxing getaway while you enjoy this amazing 4-bedroom gem just 3 minutes from downtown Landrum! The den off kitchen is considered the 4th bedroom. 20 minutes from Tryon International Equestrian Center.
This brand new home was built in the Fall of 2025 and features 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, one pullout couch and 2 guest cots, perfect for a peaceful getaway. Enjoy the cozy atmosphere and modern amenities like WiFi, LED fireplace and a hot tub in the backyard! Our back patio is the perfect place to take in the backyard while enjoying each others company. Kitchen is well stocked for all of your needs or enjoy a meal and stroll downtown.
Game room is set up in the garage with a pool table, putt putt game, corn hole boards, darts and a small basketball hoop. We’ve provided a small refrigerator to keep your favorite drinks nearby.
We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house.

Beautiful modern home with all the amenities you need for a trip. Plenty of space for a large family, our family of 9 stayed here easily. Really nice master bathroom, TVs, fans, AC & hot tub. Everything was very comfortable, clean, and easy and well-stocked. We stopped here to visit friends nearby, and it was an easy drive to Chimney Rock State Park for a gorgeous hike. Would absolutely stay here again.

Anniversary get away

The place was beautiful and super clean. We stayed for our anniversary it is a great location with lots of places to eat. The hot tub was a plus. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful comfortable roomy house with split floor plan. The house was clean and recently built. Spacious rooms, well stocked kitchen great outdoor area with screened porch and TV. We had a great time at this beautiful house … it just wasn’t long enough! Host was great easy check in! Thank you for allowing us to make beautiful memories as my granddaughter had her wedding close by.

Absolutely wonderful place

I would stay here again and again. The house is absolutely beautiful and so so clean. The beds were super comfortable and I truly don’t have a bough words to say how amazing this house was. The town of landrum has a very cute downtown area with shops and restaurants and the house is in a great location close to downtown. We were all very happy with our stay!

Excellent House!

We rented this house when we were in town for a horse show, 15-18 minutes down the road at TIEC. The house was perfect for our small group of 4 adults and 2 kids. The host was awesome, I can’t say enough good things about Abby and her communication prior to and during our stay. We will be back!

Loved the property and would stay again. The online description shows as 4 bedrooms when it is only 3 bedrooms and the couch that was in the 4th room was broken and couldn’t be made in to a bed. There are spots in that 4th room that also need painted.

Hello! The den is considered the 4th bedroom as it has a convertible couch and 2 twin sized fold out beds. The couch is not broken, hardware may have become detached. If you had messaged me as soon as you ran into this issue I would have walked you through it as to prevent a five star rating. We believe this is unfair to the hosts who work so hard to keep our ratings top notch. As far as the paint goes, we recently had a guest damage a spot on the wall and haven’t had the chance between guests to fix this. Thank you for the reminder to fix this issue. We strive to keep our guests happy and we take hosting very seriously and address any issues that guests run into as soon as possible. We hope this review does not prevent potential future guests in booking our beautiful home because we believe they’ll miss out on an amazing experience
