Really great property! My friends and I had plenty of space to hang out together and then even got to retire to our own spaces with the 8 bedrooms. Jason was easy to communicate with and his laid back vibe helped us to feel at ease and comfortable! The location was perfect to go back and forth to the strip for a fun visit to Vegas! Would love to book again!

We had a family of eight travel to Las Vegas for a wedding, and this home was perfect for our stay!The house was clean, and the pictures matched exactly what was shown on the website. The rooms were spacious and comfortable for everyone. The two bedrooms on the first floor were especially convenient for family members who preferred to avoid stairs.The location was ideal—close to several restaurants and stores, and only about a 10-minute drive to both the Strip and the airport.The host was very communicative and accommodating, making the entire process smooth from start to finish.Thank you again for helping make this a truly memorable experience for our family!

This was one of the best B&B experiences I've had. Jason was such a responsive and accommodating host. The check-in process was smooth. The house looks just like the photos. We rented the place for a bachelorette trip and had such a great time. The outdoor projector and speakers throughout really enhanced our experience. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The beds were very comfortable. Good water pressure. The kitchen was fully stocked for a large group. The house is a quick drive from the airport and has easy access to the strip as well as nearby stores. I would absolutely stay here again with friends and family!!

After working as an attorney for many years, I switched to real estate so I could have more time and flexibility to travel and be with my two young children. I have been to over a hundred countries and stayed at hundreds of hotels and vacation homes, so I know what travelers need--like great mesh wifi and outlets by every bed to charge your phone. And my phone is always within reach to take your messages and calls, and taking care of your needs is my only job.

This house is about the closest you can be to the Strip, while still being in a nice new neighborhood. The neighborhoods any closer to the Strip tend to be older and more run down. Our community was built in 2004, and you can walk across the street to a giant shopping center with Target and In-N-Out and Starbucks and banks and lots of other stores and restaurants.

この宿泊施設の特徴

We always focus on beautiful and thoughtful design, and fun activities for families and groups. When I'm staying with the people I care about, I want fun things to do together, like playing giant chess, or watching movies on a giant theater screen around a warm fire. I had to have arcade basketball because I'm a big fan. And the giant Connect Four is a game that everyone knows and anyone can enjoy.

I also thought it was important in Las Vegas to have whole-home music speakers in every room. People want to get pumped for a night out in Vegas, or set the mood for a fun night at home. There's no way to do that without a good soundtrack.
