Great Place!

Wonderful place that was clean and easy to get too. Lots of things to do in the area. Wish the door had electronic locks but there was a lock box with the house key.

Our Florida vacation.

It could not have been any nicer. Everything was provided in the home and everything was set up so nice. The pool was absolutely beautiful and so is the home.. It was close to everything. Very relaxing and quiet environment. We just loved it.

Lovely villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, location was a nice private gated community and the time to drive to disney was actually a nice distance for the kids to get a nap. Pool is great, and the villa felt very homely. We hope to get back again.

Fantastic Home, even better Host!!!

My wife and I loved spending our honeymoon in this beautiful home! It's very clean, wonderfully decorated and comfortable! The Host, Jeremy, is great to deal with and we're so grateful to have found this gem! The pool is beautiful, very private and the view is amazing!!

Lovely villa in beautiful location

Lovely villa in a quiet location with a beautiful view. It was just perfect. Ideal for quiet days around the pool. Great location for visiting Disney Parks which were approx 25mins drive. We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

Our best holiday

The villa was perfect and in the safest and convenient location. Lots of amazing wildlife. The pool was amazing after a hot day and the lake view was exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you

Lovely holiday rental

A lovely property in a good neighbourhood. Close/easy commute to the parks. Nice to be able to spend time in the private pool and relax on days off from the parks.

Great home

Clean, spacious, with all the comforts of home. Husband and I spent 5 weeks there with family visiting for one week . The grandkids loved the pool . The closeness to many amenities made house in great location. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Family Vacation

Beautiful Home

We had an amazing time on our vacation. Thank you for opening up your home to our family. We went for a Disney vacation and it was perfect. Very close to the parks! The house was so clean. My family and I really enjoyed the pool and beautiful view. We will definitely stay here again!

Spacious!

Very nice and spacious place to stay with family. Just about 18 minutes from Disney! The shower didn't work in one bathroom, but the property management came out quickly and fixed the problem. Jeremy is very helpful and responded quickly to any questions I had.

Wonderful Stay!

This was our first time booking a home and we chose this one specifically because of all the wonderful reviews. They were not lying, it is such a beautiful place to stay. My kids enjoyed the pool, which was clean! I enjoyed the open concept of the house, and I was so happy to see that all utensils, and even detergent for both washer and dish washer was available for our use. This was nice. The neighborhood is amazing as well, it's quiet, and the neighbors are sweet, they greet you if they pass by, this is lovely. We plan on coming back again very soon! Thank you for letting stay in your beautiful home.

Magnificent memories!

When I first arrived in Davenport, my family was originally going to stay in a different place. When we arrived to that place, it was not what we expected to say the least. I began searching on Home Away and found this home. Within minutes Jeremy responded and due to a cancellation he was able to get my family right in. He checked on us later to make sure we had arrived safely and that we were able to get into the house. I feel so blessed that he worked so quickly and cared enough to check on my family. The house is beautiful and made our stay in Davenport a special one for our family. The house was in impeccable shape. It is very clean and has everything a family needs for a lengthy stay. The pool is perfect and the view from the pool is amazing! My kids loved the pool table/air hockey table located in the garage. My family and I will definitely return to this house again. Thank you Jeremy for being a blessing to my family and helping us create memories to last a lifetime.

Great family vacation home!

This house has everything!!! Nicely decorated and very spacious!!! Much more than we expected. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would have in your own home. We did have a 9-month-old baby with us and the home had everything a baby needs. We were especially grateful for the baby monitor! Baby could nap inside peacefully while the parents were able to get some much-needed downtime in the pool. There were 8 of us in total and there was never a moment of downtime that someone said they were bored. We used the pool every day along with the grill and it is very private from the neighboring houses. Jeremy always communicated quickly and was a pleasure from the beginning. Our original flights were canceled due to hurricane Dorian and Jeremy worked with us every step of the way to rearrange the dates so our annual family vacation was still able to happen for us. Thank you, Jeremy, for sharing your home with us. We are telling everyone we know about this home and we will definitely be back! Sincerely, The Rivera Family

Jeremy and Alison Wise live in the Midlands in the UK and have four grown up children with three grandchildren now. They have this villa to be a vacation home for their family but also to offer a high quality holiday home on the rental market.

Having viewed many properties when looking for a holiday home, this villa stood out as having the best location combined with a pretty view of the lake. The restful, quiet location and views made it by far the best that they saw.

Town Center Reserve is an exclusive, gated community located in Davenport, Florida zoned for short term rental. This private and prestigious development is popular with residents and vacation second home owners with just 94 homes surrounded by lush green landscape, and natural conservation area, offering wonderful views.

Positioned and close to the theme parks, attractions, shops,restaurants and natural beauty of central Florida, Town Center Reserve is ideal for a vacation home or permanent residence. For golf fans there are a huge number of golf courses in the Orlando area, many of which are open to the public. Florida has some of the best golf courses in the world and from this location you are between 2-10 min away from at least 10 excellent courses.

Access to the Interstate 4 is also very convenient, leading to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, The Florida Mall, Kennedy Space Center and the wonderful beaches of Clearwater, St.Pete’s and Cocoa Beach.

This lovely villa has the most spectacular SOUTH FACING plot with beautiful lake view. It is on a gated community for enhanced security and safety. Recently upgraded and re-fitted to a high standard it has high speed wi-fi, large flat screen tvs and a heated pool (BY REQUEST AND CHARGED SEPARATELY). There are new seat and lounger pads outside and a gas barbeque also. (Gas not supplied)

It is just a 10-15 minute drive to Disney World Gates, 4 minutes from a golf course, 3 minutes from local shops and restaurants and 2 minutes from J58 of the I-4.
