Visitors are greeted by elegance and charm as they step into the main floor of this enchanting and spacious home. There is a formal living area, dining room and a large eat-in kitchen designed for culinary delights, where hosting gatherings for your group becomes a joyous affair. Picture yourself savoring breakfast in the whimsical sunroom or relaxing in the breathtaking lounge adorned with reclaimed wood—a sanctuary for intimate conversations and cherished memories. This lovely home offers a foosball table, piano, games & puzzles,  multiple TV’s with Roku, an Xbox, a SONOS sound system that can be accessed with the Sonos app and Wi-fi is available throughout with several comfortable options for you to plug in and stay socially connected while away. On the 1st floor you will find the primary suite bedroom with a California king bed, reading room and a spectacular bath. There is also a 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds and a full private bath. The 2nd floor holds 3 bedrooms with a total of two twins, one full and one queen bed. The separate apartment on this floor is outfitted with a queen bed in the first bedroom and 2 twin beds in the second bedroom. There is also a shared full bath, kitchenette and a den.

Parking: Maximum 6 vehicles. The Town of North Elba, Village of Lake Placid has adopted new Short-Term Vacation Rental Regulations that include rental parking limitations for the maximum number of motor vehicles allowed on the property. Parking is NOT permitted on any part of the lawn or on any part of a sidewalk and like other communities the ordinance asks that you obey all regulations when parking in public.
