New ownership!! This home was a previous VRBO with consistent reviews of 9s and 10s! This architect designed, 3 story lakefront home is situated on a bluff with expansive views of beautiful Lake Murray. With 7 bedrooms, 5.5 baths and close to 4000 square feet, This home sleeps 15 and offers plenty of space and privacy for multiple families. The main level consists of a living room with large screen TV, dining area, a well stocked kitchen, primary suite with private bath, as well as a half bath and laundry room just off the kitchen. In the dining room you will find a large table that comfortably seats 8-10 with additional seating for 5 at the kitchen island. The upper level has 4 spacious bedrooms: 3 queens and 1 full. 2 of the queen bedrooms have their own private full bath, the remaining 2 bedrooms share a full bath. Downstairs on the bottom floor you will find an inviting second living space complete with TV, ping pong table, another full kitchen, a queen bed room and a room with two twins and bunk beds that share a full bathroom. Enjoy the natural beauty of the South Carolina mid-country while enjoying the rocking chairs on 1 of 2 gorgeous Charleston-style wrap around porches on the main and lower floors, as well as a beautiful screened-in porch with floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace for those cool South Carolina fall and winter nights. Massive windows on all levels highlight the amazing big water views from almost every room with the main bedroom and two bottom level rooms each having private access to their respective floor's porches. Every room contains a ceiling fan and each level of the home has its own heating and A/C unit. If the inside amenities aren't enough, enjoy your stay via the home's private lot immediately next door - take your pick of lounging in the sun, enjoying a friendly game of volleyball on your own private sand court. For those wishing to bring or rent a boat, the property comes with access to 2 private docks, each having approximately 18 feet of water depth at low lake levels and 30 feet at full pool. The lot provides ample parking and extra space (boats, cars, jet skis, etc) for guests as well. An ideal retreat for families, small groups or corporate rentals. Used the house as a work retreat and it worked great! Home was clean, host was responsive, and the lake was beautiful. Would recommend this location and will stay again if the opportunity arises.

The house was beautiful, spacious and met our needs perfectly as a group of 14. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and there was plenty of wood for the outdoor fireplace. Our host was readily available and communicated well with us prior to and during our stay, which was really nice. We especially enjoyed the ample seating on the screened porch as well as the rockers on the porch facing the water.

This home was perfect for our family Christmas. Plenty of room for each family to spread out and have their own space at night. The host was wonderful and very responsive to any questions I had. The home had everything we needed once we were there so after a quick trip to the grocery store, we didn’t have to leave.

Family gathering

Loved the location, the property was clean, the view was picturesque and the owner was quick to communicate. I had the task to find a rental to accommodate 12 adults, including a bedroom on the first floor for my parents with mobility issues. This property was perfect. Most rooms had their private bathroom which is a def perk!! Along with a separate level living quarters for those late night loud talkers. Hands down this place hit the mark.

This house was perfect for our family vacation with kids and grandkids. The 2 docks were very helpful, used 1 for the boat and other for the lily pad, trampoline and chill pad. The location on the lake was perfect, calm and not a lot of boat traffic, close to boat launch and marina. Plenty of room and stuff for a large family, the extra fridge and 2nd oven in the basement came in handy multiple times. The ice maker was a huge hit and made it great to keep hydrated and filling water bottles and drinks. We all enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck as we watched the sunrise and peaceful lake. Sand volleyball court was a nice activity and the little kids loved planning in the sand, 1/2 was in the shade which was very nice. Great house, location, and lake for a family vacation! Host was amazing, very easy to communicate with and very responsive!

This neighborhood is quiet. Nicely kept homes line the streets and walking or biking is safe.

この宿泊施設の特徴

This home has 3 levels with 7 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. There is ample space for all. We have a great downstairs Living room with a ping pong table that is fabulous for kids or adults. Expansive water views from almost every window up and down. We own the lot next door which has been transformed into a sand volleyball court. Great place to pop a chair and enjoy the view while the kids play.
