Historic Home:
Due to the age and unique layout of the house, our home is not fully accessible. With stairs and narrow doorways, it may not be suitable for individuals with disabilities or those with mobility concerns. If you're traveling with small children, please exercise caution or consider other options to minimize potential fall risks.
Temperature Variations:
As an older home, the temperature can fluctuate – it can get quite warm in summer and cool in winter. Please be patient with our HVAC system as we strive to keep the house comfortable year-round.

✔ HEALTH & SAFETY MEASURES:
We take your health and safety seriously and have implemented several enhanced cleaning protocols:
Disinfecting all high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, light switches, countertops, etc.)
Disposable paper towels used throughout the cleaning process.
Handwashing protocol: Our cleaning staff washes hands thoroughly upon arrival.
If any staff member is feeling unwell, they will stay home.

✔ PARKING:
NO Overnight Parking.
Metered Parking: Available right in front of the house (Monday–Saturday, 9 AM – 5 PM). Free on Sundays and after 5 PM.
Free Parking: Just a short walk away on 5th and 6th Street.
Carroll Creek Parking Deck: A public garage located 0.2 miles south at 44 E Patrick St, Frederick, MD 21701. Simply head south, and the garage will be on your left.

✔ SPECIAL PARKING NOTES:
Trash Collection Nights (Monday & Thursday): Parking restrictions apply on 5th Street.
Monday Nights: Park on the left side of 5th Street (toward East Street).
Thursday Nights: Park on the right side of 5th Street (facing Bentz).
Daytime Parking: Metered parking allows up to 2 hours after 9 AM, free after 5 PM.
No Overnight Parking: Parking is not permitted after midnight.
