We had an amazing stay at this Sherman Oaks property! The location is fantastic, walking distance to great restaurants and only about 15 minutes to LA, Koreatown, and other nearby areas. The home was super clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with Asher was excellent; he was always quick to respond and made both check-in and check-out incredibly easy. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

First of all - Asher is a great communicator. We felt welcomed before we even arrived! The neighborhood is quiet and lovely, and each room is comfortable and well furnished. We’ll be back for sure.

We traveled to LA for a wedding in Simi Valley, and this home was the perfect place for our family. Our group included my wife, our daughter, and my mother in law, and the home met all of our needs. Asher was always responsive, answering questions before booking, ahead of our arrival, and during our stay. If we return to the area we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location and super clean stay!

The beds are comfy, there's a TV in every room, and it's CLEAN. There's also parking and so much good food near by. I would absolutely stay again.

Asher is such an amazing host! So responsive, friendly, and accommodating. His place is conveniently located to everything from Malibu to Santa Monica to Beverly Hills to Hollywood Bowl or Universal Studios. Spent over two weeks here. It was a very comfortable stay with everything we could need and has a brand new washer and dryer. Some great restaurants within walking distance. Felt very secure with the gated property, and the electric vehicle charger was such a plus. We look forward to staying with Asher in the future!

Great contact and location

Asher was a fabulous host! He contact me a few days before our trip, and was easy to get in touch with throughout our brief stay. Our group of 3 ranged in age from 14 - 84, and the layout was perfect! The location provided easy access to freeways, restaurants and shopping, as well as sights such as Universal, Griffith Observatory, Warner Brothers Studios and Hollywood. We recommend Asher and the property!

Enjoyed our stay!

Asher was very accommodating and responsive to our questions. The house was spacious and clean, centrally located, and incredibly convenient to get to where we needed to go. Highly recommend and we would definitely book again if we are ever in the area!

Perfect Place

My son and I stayed at Asher’s property during his move to UCLA. This place was just perfect. The location is close to everything. The property is very well maintained, clean, spacious, safe and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent!

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious house with plenty of room and space for all six of us to enjoy. We were within walking distance to family and other local shops etc. House was clean and comfortable. Property owner a simple text away and very attentive to everything. We will absolutely return!
