Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We’re glad you enjoyed the location and the pool and hot tub. We’re truly sorry to hear you had trouble accessing your entry details. Our arrival instructions (including all door and amenity codes) are always sent automatically by both email and text before check-in, so we’ll double-check to see what might’ve gone wrong there. As for the smoke concern, this unit has never been smoked in, but we’ll have our team inspect and refresh it right away to ensure it stays that way. We really appreciate you letting us know and hope to welcome you back for a smoother stay next time.

We appreciate your honesty and hope we can provide a smoother stay next time.
