As for the smoke concern, this unit has never been smoked in, but we’ll have our team inspect and refresh it right away to ensure it stays that way. We do send an arrival guide to your email three days before check-in, and we also text the same information on the day of arrival. In addition, there’s a QR code in the condo that links to a landing page with details specific to your stay. It’s important to read through the information we send so your check-in is smooth, and your stay is easy. We’ll follow up with our team to ensure these details are clear for future guests.
