This marvelous family friendly property features 2 bedrooms - one with a king bed, one with a single twin bed and a twin over double bunk bed - and 2 bathrooms with a bathtub/shower and walk-in shower. MBR and LR have ceiling fans. Both BR's have wall mounted TV's with another 55” in LR. Large airy deck has partial ocean view with seating for 4. We have been coming to CBS for 20+ years and have owned our unit for more than half that time. We like the family friendly atmosphere of CBS and its large beach as well as its proximity to restaurants, shopping and recreational sites. We want to share our gorgeous property with folks who will enjoy it and treat it as their own.

CBS is blessed with expansive beach front which leaves plenty of room for privacy even during peak periods. While there is a condominium complex next door, housing beyond that, in either direction are largely single family residences. This affords beach space which is quiet and uncrowded
この宿泊施設の特徴
Our unit is on the top floor which eliminates the potential for any noise from above and offers a cathedral ceiling in the living room. Top floor location also allows deck area to be open to the sky. Since the deck faces East, morning coffee on the deck is quite comfortable as are evening cocktails in the afternoon shade. The unit is also an end unit which offers more windows and light than other units. Lastly, entire unit has been redone to offer upgraded and modernized accommodations.
