Perfect for flexible stays, our fully-furnished apartments feature full kitchens, in-unit laundry, and oversized soaker garden tubs. Lounge by the resort-style pool, unwind in the yoga studio, or fire up the grill at the outdoor kitchen. With gated access, elevators, a pet park, and lush walking trails, it's easy to feel at home.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.
For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
