This exceptional home features 2 queen beds a sofa bed and 1 twin fold away bed for perfect and pleasant stay. Enjoy the superb amenities like 120” projection surround sound system and a 65” LCD and 42”TV in the bedrooms or billiards or a game of Connect four. This property offers everything you need for a comfortable getaway not to mention a beautiful large pool, hot tub and fire pit or a game of core hole outdoors. You will also meet our other hosts, 2 horses named Captain and Hank, a miniature horse, Belly and Otis a miniature donkey/ While your here we're happy to assist with any questions while during your stay

We had the best time! The hostess was very accommodating, and communication was on point. The house was clean, and we would very much recommend you staying here. It's in a quiet ranch style neighborhood with plenty of acres to explore but not to be fooled, town is a mere few minutes away. A all the way.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay for her birthday weekend! Kim was a fantastic, responsive host, and the property is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, perfect for walking our dog. We loved all the amenities, from the pool and firepit to the pool table and the 120" projector for movie night. Our husky was thrilled to meet the horse and donkey on the property (the sheep were less sure about him!).We also enjoyed chatting with a few other guests around the firepit one evening, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Boerne is just a quick 10-minute drive away, and Mary’s Tacos is a must-visit!Overall, it was a relaxing and fun weekend surrounded by nature, animals, and great people. Highly recommend for couples, families, or anyone looking to unwind.

Super friendly and accessible host. The energy at this place is so peaceful. My family and I had the best get away. The weather was perfect considering it was mid October, the pool was perfect. I can’t wait to return!

Absolute paradise and such a magical weekend with my family. Every amenity you can imagine, spotlessly clean, and comfortable beds. 10 minute drive to town. Could not have asked for a better stay.

Enjoyable place. They thought of everything, including coffee. Be aware, second bedroom is upstairs.

A fun location

There were plenty of activities to keep my family entertained for the entire stay. Pool table, pool, a whole closet full of games. Cornhole, fire pits, fire place, and much more we didn't get into. What more could you ask for?
