City of North Charleston Short-Term Rental Permit 2026-0130

Charleston County has a strict no-party policy to protect local families and neighbors. If a party is discovered, the city will issue fines to the guest, and we reserve the right to also charge up to $1,500. Thanks for understanding and helping us be good neighbors!

Only 2 parking spots available for guests. 3 cars can fit if you have smaller vehicles. Cars must not block the sidewalk. No street parking. The city of North Charleston has strict guidelines we must adhere to. There is public parking less than 5 minutes from the house.

We loved our stay at this beautiful house! It was clean and had all the accommodations we needed. The fenced in back yard was also nice for our pup. The hosts earn a five star as well! If we visit the Charleston area again, we will definitely book this place again! Highly recommend!

This was our first family trip to Charleston.. 7 adults from 3 locations.. The home was a good size for our family..It was clean.. Hosts were responsive returning our texts in a timely fashion..We liked the big kitchen island and gas stove although we did not use it as we tried some of the great local restaurants.. We would recommend this VRBO..

Great location for the music festival and easy to get to and from downtown Charleston. A great house with plenty of space for all!

What a great place!! We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding weekend and this place was perfect!! Decor was awesome, beds were comfy and we had everything we needed for the weekend. Plenty of room for us to spread out! Our hosts were gracious enough to let us check in a little early which was super helpful!! This place was the icing on a perfect weekend for us!!

In the up and coming area of Park Circle, this house was spacious and gorgeous. Very close to the airport and downtown Charleston! The house was well equipped and very clean. Most notably, the hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating! Great experience!!!!

Great place!

We stayed here while my daughter had a dance competition at the North Charleston area convention center. This location is incredibly convenient to both the convention center, as well as the airport. We had a family of four and a family of five, and there was plenty of room. It was a short drive to downtown Charleston.

Fantastic getaway!

We had a wonderful time! The property was exactly as described. Everything was immaculate and comfortable. Hosts are very responsive and helpful.Honestly, we wouldn’t change a thing and would absolutely love to come back and visit next time we are in Charleston!
