The kitchen is loaded with snacks and supplies for cooking at home. A washer and dryer are also included, along with a dishwasher to make your life easier. The large fenced backyard is perfect for your dogs to run and play and a nice dinner on the patio. The living room has a TV with a firestick that provides access to multiple streaming services and board games for your enjoyment. Its perfect location is just blocks from TTU campus, Jones AT&T Stadium, United Supermarkets Arena, & just down the road from both hospitals. Tech Terrace is such a gem! The homes have so much unique character and charm and have huge trees (which is only a big deal here because there aren’t many). Several large parks, local restaurants, and shops in the area! The neighborhood is right next to TTU campus and downtown - where most of the events happen in Lubbock.
