Pro: super clean, updated, great yard and porch, easy check in, comfortable living room and kitchen, towels and bedding clean and smelled fresh!Cons: minimal instructions about how to work things in the house (i.e. themostat, TV). Conflicting check out instructions from email vs. sign posted in kitchen. Beds were rock hard, water heater very loud and likely about to die. Dishwasher very loud and likely also needs to be replaced soon. Biggest con - TV required a Roku password reset. We had difficulty reaching host and then when we did he stated he was out of town and unable to help us or have any back up support while he was away. Offered no other solutions nor did he follow up the next day to see if the issue was resolved. A simple google search explained the Roku may require password reset and offered simple instructions on how to do this online via the email used to create original account, so this issue would have been easy to resolve even though the host was out of town. We had plans to watch football games on both Sat and Sun, so this was a definite snag in our plans. We found an alternative, but would have appreciated if the host would have taken 5 min to look into a solution and follow up the next day. Disappointing lack of customer service - we’re glad it was just the tv and not power/water, etc as we were without any host support.
