Lovely cottage. Located close to Ptown but in a quiet neighborhood. Would have appreciated better directions to walk to the beach.

We loved it!

The house was clean, very charming and had everything we could possibly need for our week! The outdoor shower was a dream come true. Communication with the property manager was easy and they were very responsive and solved our very minor issue immediately. Would highly recommend! Just note: parking is for 2 cars max.

wonderful support services-lovely setting and property

We are extremely pleased with the quality and value of our Wellfleet rental choice. A minor unforeseeable fix needed minor repair and corrective service arrived within an hour. Otherwise, all was as enjoyable as hoped. We got the feeling that this is a hands-on operation featuring attentive reps and reliable higher standards.

Fall Break

We loved being at the Cape during the off season, no crowds, no haste, and beautiful surroundings. However, we were surprised, and a little rushed, by the early, 9:00 am, departure time. Most places I’ve stayed are 10:00. The only other complaint was no soap or shampoo in the shower. Again, most places have this, and as I didn’t check before I got in the shower, I had a nice rinse off rather than a washing. The place is beautiful and I’d go back in a heartbeat, with my own toiletries.

Great Spot

Great spot. Del Mar is not a very hospitable management company. Houses are very much used, not a lot of maintenance is undertaken and you are required to check out earlier than a typical management company. Otherwise, home was as expected and what we needed.

Well kept, well equipped

Easy. Friendly. Responsive and helpful. Well equipped.. anything you needed to easily prepare meals., except a lobster pot. Solved that by ordering lobsters steamed instead of bringing them home live.

Great location!

We had a great week in Wellfleet, only downside was the property is listed with AC, but on the hottest week a window unit in one bedroom does not suffice. The sofa needs replacing also. Apart from this the house is in a great location and is very quaint.

Excellent Fall Visit

Wonderful stay at this quint home. Very close to Provincetown. Had a great, romantic stay for my birthday. Had friends visit from Boston. Home sleeps 7; so plenty of room. Made dinner several nights, including lobsta.

Wellfleet bird watching is tremendous

Thanks Del Mar Vacations for the lovely hospitality -- walking down to the water was the highlight and I also loved the gas stove for cool nights!

Fall weeekend

The place was perfect for our needs - a get together with old friends. The house was cozy and clean. There were not many amenities (shampoo and soap for example). Also, some instructions regarding the use of the gas stove would have been helpful -- it was cold but we did not want to do something wrong with it! Otherwise, a pleasant place to stay .

Unique historical home once owned by a sea captain .

Very quite location , walking distance to the bay and within a mile of the town center . The Cape Cod Bicycle Trail is minutes away as are the beaches of the National Seashore. The house was well maintained and well stocked with all of the essentials . Loved the outside shower , the glider on the porch and the comfortable beds .

Great week in Wellfleet

We had a great week at this lovely cottage in Wellfleet. House is clean and well-maintained. Wooded neighborhood with great neighbors, and it's a short walk down the hill to a small beach off Duck Creek. Management was super attentive. Had a really minor issue with the grill and they sent someone out within 15 minutes to address it. We would definitely return.

Great vacation home

We had a wonderful week and would stay here again. A bit of a camp like feel which we liked. A couple of small things missing plus one stove burner didn’t work (we didn’t need all four so didn’t bother to report it), the couch should be replaced, but overall, we were pleased. Loved the outdoor shower and the screened in porch!! The kitchen was great too.

Comfortable stay

The directions were clear and thoughtfully written. Our group had no issues accessing the home and getting settled in with WiFi and a movie night by the fireplace. The home had the amenities that were listed, and it was easy and spacious to have six adults for the weekend.

well stocked but poorly maintained

Looked forward to staying in the beautifully pictured, charming home, but was sadly disappointed when we arrived. The property has not been well maintained and was not very clean. Had to sweep the front porch upon arrival! Furniture was not comfortable, the patio not inviting and the shower was moldy. Too bad, it probably was charming at one time. On the plus side the kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. It was nice to have air conditioning units in each bedroom as we had some hot weather when we arrived. This was my first time using Airbnb and I was not impressed.
