GUEST GUIDELINES:

1- Booker must be at least 21 years old
2- List all guests in the reservation
3- No party
4- No smoking inside the house
5- No drug use in premises
6- No food in bedrooms nor couch
7- Turn off lights and close all doors every time you exit the premises.
8- Clean bbq grill if used
9- Put back on place games and furniture if moved.
10- At check out: leave only used beds unmade, used towels on bathroom floor, do the dishes, dispose trash, turn off AC, all lights and close all doors

**EXTRA FEE of $50 will be charged per each house rule violated **

- NO SMOKING INSIDE:
Strictly NO SMOKING inside the property. Any smoking evidence will result in a $200 fee for odor removal, furniture cleaning and A/C service.

- NO PARTIES/EVENTS
Parties are NOT permitted. This is our most important rule that will result in an immediate cancellation of your reservation with NO refund.

-PET GUIDELINES:
We are a pet friendly home
We allow a maximum of 1 pet in our property.
Every pet must be disclosed to us BEFORE your arrival. We must approve the weight and breed of your dog.
Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Bring your own towels and bedding for pets

Pet Fees: - $100 USD per pet.
If you arrive with an unapproved pet, you will be charged a $300 pet fee.
Aggressive dog breeds and dogs weighing over 50 lbs are PROHIBITED!
We reserve the right to decline any dog at our sole discretion. If a dog is deemed to be a threat or nuisance, we reserve the right to evict the pet and/or you and your party at any time.

- Please use caution when streaming, uploading, or downloading any content while connected to our WiFi due to copyright infringement laws. Any content that is illegally uploaded, downloaded, or streamed may result in civil and/or criminal litigation, for which you will be held responsible.

- Early check-in and Late check-out available upon request ($30 fee)
Any requests made are subject to availability.
Any unauthorized late check-out will be charged $50 per hour.

-Only guests stated in the reservation are allowed. Unauthorized guests will result in a penalty of $100 per night.

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
