This three-story townhome is a practical and comfortable space for families or groups.

First Floor:
Includes a queen bedroom (no en-suite bathroom).

Second Floor:
Features a spacious living room with modern decor and a 75-inch TV. There's a half bath, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and access to a private balcony with a grill.

Third Floor:
Two bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and updated finishes.

This townhome offers a clean layout, modern comforts, and a convenient location—ideal for your next stay.

Before your stay, we kindly ask that you complete a pre-arrival form and review and sign our rental agreement.

A $100 pet fee applies per stay, if any pets.
Early check-in (no earlier than 2 PM) and late check-out (no later than 12 PM) may be available upon request, each for an additional $25 fee. Please inquire in advance for availability.

Property was very convenient to downtown shopping and restaurants. The condo is very clean well kept and up-to-date. Definitely would stay there again.

Comfy and beautiful place

We had such a great time.The place was clean,pretty and had plenty of room.Loolking forward of staying they’re again on our next trip to Helen.It’s so close to everything we walked most of the time.

Helen Spring break 2025

I was very impressed with the place. It had everything we needed and if we forgot something you had it in a cabinet somewhere lol. I loved the location, we easily walked to everything. Will want to stay again and again.

We loved the condo!

Everything was very nice. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everting we needed. Loved the newly remodeled bathrooms! Our just Leonard was super quick to respond to any questions we had.
