Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this property during our son's volleyball national tournament. It was clean, welcoming, and perfect for our family. We created many special memories here.

U of M visit

Fantastic stay. Cianna was incredibly attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The home was spotless and well-maintained, making it a relaxing place to unwind. The location was perfect—just steps from Theodore Wirth Park, which was great for exploring the trails and enjoying the outdoors. Great place for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay with great access to nature!

Graduation and Family Gathering

The property was beautiful and very clean. All of our family commented on the cleanliness of the home. We also appreciated the homey feeling with the furniture and decor. The kitchen was perfect for our 5 day stay. The new grill was perfect for our celebration dinner of our daughter’s graduation from UMN. Thank you!

35th Birthday

I had my friends & their partners in from out of town to celebrate my 35th birthday & this location was great. We had ample space to chat & gather in the living room, dining room, downstairs recreation space, and especially the rooftop deck! Cianna was great with communication, very quick, polite & prompt. I'd recommend this listing to others!

The host was easy to communicate with and answered all the questions we had. The house was perfect for our family of nine. grandparents, 2 sets of parents, an eleven yr old, a 4 yr old and an infant. Great location, well equipped kitchen and garage access!

What a tremendous home in a wonderful neighborhood! The house was immaculate and well appointed. The welcome bottle of wine is always an appreciated touch!Our group loved the upstairs deck. Spent the evening up there. One suggestion for that space would be to string some outdoor lights. Once it got dark, it got hard to see each other.

Great house for families

The location is superb, and great parking, very convenient. The house is clean, newly remodeled, and well-appointed. The hosts are very gracious and the communication is excellent. Very highly recommended. We will stay here again if we can for future family gatherings. Only one issue: this house has 3.5 baths, not 4 as advertised. We were really excited to find 4 full baths, as we are an extended family group and we had a wedding to get ready for, but were disappointed to find the ground floor bathroom was a half bath. Not a huge issue, we still had an amazing stay, but I mention it because it was the main reason we chose this house.
