This marvelous lakefront cottage in Warsaw is a cozy retreat for guests looking for a pleasant place to unwind and enjoy sunsets and sunrises from the 2-season covered and screened-in deck. With a queen bed in each of the 2 bedrooms and a comfy loveseat in the living room, there's plenty of space for everyone. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, AC, and a washing machine/dryer during your stay. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer/towels/ and a shower for your comfort. A washer and dryer is also available for those wishing to travel and pack light! We hope you enjoy what our little paradise and the incredible views that Palestine Lake has to offer. Are you a fisherman looking for your trophy bass? This cottage is directly in front of a great fishing hole and public access is a short 2-minute drive to launch your boat and park your trailer. Lake access and use of canoe is seasonal and requires a signed waiver in advance of your stay. Please include the number of guests or pets that will be staying or visiting when requesting to reserve. The indoor property is smoke-free, and outside entry doors are monitored 24/7 by a motion-activated camera for your safety.

If you are on the fence, don't hesitate to book this cottage! It was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The view of the lake from the cottage windows and outdoors is amazing. It was also so quiet and peaceful out back around the fire. The host was very responsive to our questions and was thoughtful with the included amenities.

Amazing property!! We had so much fun here! The cottage was amazing!! Super clean and we absolutely loved the screened in porch, fireplace, and all the amenities it came with! I ordered a coffee frother after using the one at the cottage! Thank you so much Jan!!

We loved the view of the lake and the screened in porch! It was such a cute little place to stay for my husband and I. We took the canoe out and enjoyed paddling around the lake. We saw lots of herons and swans and little swan babies! Nearby Warsaw had a farmers market we enjoyed and a cut glass place. We drove an hour and a half and did a day at the Indiana Sand Dunes. We would stay here again!

This stay was better than we anticipated. I can’t come up with a single critique of this property. The lake is gorgeous and the cottage is very cozy and reminiscent of a simpler time. We are very grateful. The property was dog, friendly, and even provided bowls and spots for leashes to hang. The recliner was plush and comfortable as well as the blankets in the home. The new screened in deck was absolutely amazing for a warm spring day. We cannot wait to come back!!

The neighborhood is very quiet-the lake views are spectacular and there is parking available for 2 vehicles. Public access to the lake is a short drive where you can launch your own boat and park your boat trailer. Please respect the neighbors and limit noise after 10 pm. Thanks!

この宿泊施設の特徴

There are pelicans that migrate to Palestine lake each spring and an abundance of wildlife is present both on and off the lake. The fishing is exceptional and there is a fishing hole directly in front of the pier where trophy-size bass and a variety of small pan fish have been caught!
