Guest have Access to the Beach. Temperature Controlled Pool, Residents only Gym.
Upon checkin you shall be provided with an ACESS CARD which will facilitate your entrance into the building as well as the pool and gym.
However kindly NOTE: incase of Loss or damage of the Acess card, a replacement fees of Aed 300/- will be payable before checkout .

Please NOTE *** kindly note THIS IS NON SMOKING inside the appartment & No Alcohol or consumption of illicit drugs on the premises and any Death or Accident fall from balcony or attempted suicide we are strictly NOT Responsible. Therefore ensure to keep balcony door shut . Don’t leave children unattended at the balcony ,don’t light a barbecue or fire at the balcony.

Due to strict security regulations No Parites and events or extra guests are allowed unless with prior consent from the host.
