Great Weekend Stay for Bengals/Packers Game

Very clean living area with all the necessary living features/comforts. Walking distance to the river front area where we went to see the football game. Local restaurants/bars and shops right outside the front door. Very good direct communication with the owner and local caretaker. Would stay at Ron's place again the next time we visit Cincinnati.

High scores for cleanliness and all the comforts of home. Great mattress! Loved the nice shower but it was not draining well. We are country folk so we realized that we shouldn’t have booked in the downtown area. Too much night life going on below all night long and one night a man was screaming at a woman on the street at 1:30am. We appreciate the safety parking gate but it really didn’t afford much freedom to come and go easily. It’s just us, we’re not used to downtown city living, that’s all. But the apartment was very nice.. thank you for the accommodations.

Felt Like Home

Ron was a responsive host, the place was very clean and very well appointed extremely comfortable bed the washer and dryer was awesome he provided everything including coffee… The only thing I will say is it was a bit noisy on the weekends for me and harder to sleep but other than that I had an excellent stay and would do so again.

Everything was great

The neighborhood wasn’t the best and it was really noisy at night but the apartment itself was absolutely wonderful. The decor was really beautiful and was a very soothing place to come back to.

We loved this place from the excellent decor to the cleanliness, it was a great place from which to explore Cincinnati. Would highly recommend it!

Amazing!!

Ron's condo in Over-the-Rhine is impeccable!! So well-appointed; it had every creature comfort you could possibly wish for (that n bed is heavenly), along with being in a great location. This will be our main stay every time we're in Cincinnati. I highly recommend this unit!!

Great apartment in a fun area.

Very nice place. Ron has done a great job furnishing and decorating. Very comfortable, clean and attractive. OTR is a fun area - we walked to a Reds game, tried a few bars and restaurants, and enjoyed walking around. Washington Park is neat, the American Sign Museum was cool. Had a great time. Would definitely come back and stay here again.

Nice OTR location and off street parking

Nice apartment. Good location, secure. Nice kitchen, bath, and bed. Easy access, nice accommodating owner. Good easy electronics. Good instructions on how things work. Only caution I would offer is the steps are rather steep, so if you have problems, you may want to contact owner. Great stay!

Excellent stay!

Our stay at Ron's was wonderful! The apartment is in a central location with all the comforts of home. Spacious and divinely decorated with beautiful artwork, top of the line appliances, and modern fixtures. All of the details are thoughtful including a complete book of instructions for everything in the apartment. I would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful place in the most interesting neighborhood in the city

All new furniture and freshly remodeled, with a secure parking place in a fenced area right behind the building. 65" 4K tv was a real plus !

Modern yet cozy place in OTR

Everything was super clean and really well thought out. The bed was really comfy, kitchen was very well equipped, gas fire place with remote control was awesome and the shower was nice and big. It was cool to look out on the street below from the bedroom windows. There's a pretty good pub right across the street that is an excellent place to grab a beer and burger. They also have live music most of the time it seems. A short walk down town for some fancier options. Lisa checked us in and made sure we had everything needed. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay in OTR . I will absolutely stay here again next time I come to Cincinnati. Highly recommended!
