This home is part of a fully renovated like-new duplex; you will have the entire back unit with your own private entrance and private yard!
Experience the tranquility of the great outdoors right in your own back yard. A continuous gentle breeze and the comforting shade of a sprawling, large mango tree ensure you stay cool and relaxed.
Inside, all 3 bedrooms have blackout cellular shades and smart TVs. Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have a desk with a chair ready for remote work. There is FAST free Wi-Fi available throughout the property.
The spa-like shower will stay hot with a tankless water heater, and we have terrific water pressure.
Feel free to adjust the A/C to your liking anywhere between 68F-78F.
