This home can sleep up to 10 guests, there's plenty of space for everyone. The welcoming living room offers an extra sofa bed for added comfort. Relax in the soothing ambiance of this home, complete with WiFi, heating, AC, and a washing machine. Three bathrooms ensure convenience for everyone. Don’t forget about the amazing backyard retreat with sitting areas, pool, jacuzzi and fire pits to relax around after a long day. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our house.



Please Note:
Pool does not have a fence. Children MUST be supervised in the backyard.
Garage is off limits. There is a huge driveway and cul-de-sac for your convenience.

This was a wonderful property that made our trip that much better. Clean, spacious and lots of thoughtful little details. The pool kept the kids busy when we weren’t out and about and the host was responsive, helpful and really friendly. Definitely recommend!

This house is everything you see on the photos and more. It’s the perfect set up for families, the kids loved the pool and their bedrooms. Everything we needed was there, it’s just a beautiful home. Close enough to LA and the coast to enjoy those areas, but lovely to chill out and have pool days aswell. We had the best time and hope to return again soon.

The house was beautifully decorated, immaculate, and well stocked. The backyard felt like a spa! Everything from the landscaping to the lighting was so well thought out.We all slept comfortably and enjoyed relaxing in this beautiful home. Thank you for one of the best stays I’ve had to date!

This property was perfect! My family (5 adults & 3 kids) traveled to the area for my niece's graduation. This property was exactly what we needed. The Main bedroom was basically its own suite and had lovely touches that helped make it feel like it was thoughtfully designed and exceptionally practical. The 2nd bedroom was a queen bed that was very comfortable with plenty of closet space and an attached bathroom. The 3rd bedroom was a bunk bed room that was perfect for 3 kids to sleep in. The final bedroom was a single, smaller bed that is good for 1-person but with plenty of room and basically its own bathroom as well. This setup was great for my family! The living space/ kitchen is very open and never felt too crowded with plenty of pantry and fridge storage space. The back yard/ pool area was incredible and honestly we spent the majority of our time at the house in the back yard. The host was super easy to work with when we last-minute asked to heat the pool due to cooler weather ... and the pool temp was perfect the whole time! All-in-all this is a wonderful property! The house, pool & location were perfect for us! There was even a little nature reserve to walk/hike adjacent to the neighborhood! Enjoy :)

The perfect place for the whole family !

The house was very spacious and very well equipped. We were a family group including a baby, teens and parents and we were all well catered for. The house is immaculate and outdoor space is fabulous. I’d really recommend it.

This house looks exactly like the pictures. It is immaculate. My family enjoyed staying here for a week. The kids loved the outdoor area and the pool. Katreena the owner was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions we had. Great rental!

Luxury resort like stay in your own home. Large, beautifully furnished and decorated home, amazing outdoor space left us all speech less. Quiet neighborhood, relaxing vibe. Freeway close to Universal Studios, Dodger Stadium, downtown and Santa Monica. When you get back to your home, it is quiet and tranquil. We will stay there again for sure.

Excellent property. Backyard was gorgeous and perfect for hanging out before and after dinner.Furnishings, linens and bedding were all very high end. Quiet end of cul de sac location. everyone was happy with their sleep quality.Plenty of seating, large frig, access to washer and dryer. Great property and Owner was very responsible to texts/DMs.We would definitely stay again.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt in diesem Haus.Man merkt aber schon, dass einige Gebrauchsgegenstände stark genutzt oder auch defekt waren. Hat uns persönlich nicht weiter gestört und konnten uns auch immer selber weiter helfen.Wenn wir uns zu einigen Punkten gemeldet haben, gab es auch sofort eine Resonanz und Hilfe vom Gastgeber. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war freundlich und problemlos.
