This spacious 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home features two master suites, each located on separate secluded sides of the house for ultimate privacy. Both suites come with private full baths and large walk-in closets, complete with TVs for your entertainment needs. The non-master suite is perfect for families, offering a queen bed and a bunk bed with three twin beds, plus a convenient "pack and play" for the little ones.

Stay cool all summer long with individual thermostats for each room and brand-new HVAC systems to ensure comfort during those hot Red Bluff days. Enjoy breathtaking views from the wrap-around elevated deck overlooking the river, where you can savor amazing sunsets, fire up the BBQ, and relax with a glass of wine.

Take advantage of the small variety of fruit trees on the property, including oranges, lemons, mandarins, and more, perfect for picking fresh fruit for your morning juice. Fishing enthusiasts will love the proximity to the Sacramento River, known for excellent fishing opportunities. Have your guide pick you up at the dock, or park your boat there for easy access. (Please note: we are not responsible for lost or damaged property; guests will use the dock at their own risk, and no person under 18 is allowed on the dock).

Seven of us stayed in this beautifully appointed property for four days in order to attend our RBUHS class reunion. The accommodations were perfect. The bedrooms were private and quiet while the common areas allowed us plenty of room to visit as a group. As an added value, all rooms have separate thermostats. Additionally, we enjoyed the large deck, spectacular river views and landscaping. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here in the future if the need arises.

Red Bluff Beauty

We enjoyed our stay in Red Bluff. It was made more special by staying here. It felt like a vacation even though we were also in town for work. Close to town and easy to find. The bedrooms spacious the beds were comfortable. The home has been recently remodeled the improvements are nice! Jon was good at helping with anything we needed.

Amazing home and property

This home is meticulously updated from top to bottom. The pictures are very nice but do not do it justice. It is very spacious with an open floor plan that allows guests to all be together yet various areas to split off to have separate conversations. There is a great balcony patio outside with nice view of the river from inside and outside the home.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The house was beautifully remodeled the property was well taken care of, the corn hole game was great and the game room was a good addition. A very quiet area. The scenery with the river was beautiful! Everything was there for a small RV. The only negative thing was not many supplies in the kitchen but we had what we needed in the RV. Great place for a group!

Very nice and beautiful place.

This place was beautiful. The house was clean and very up to date. The surroundings were beautiful and you could see the river from the house. Nice view. All the amenities were good. The only thing we were disappointed about was that we couldn't use the fireplace. But I kind of understand that it's probably due to insurance reasons. I think a gas fire pit on the porch would be a nice addition.
