The Host is amazing and the room was as advertised. The unit is in a great location with easy access to restaurants, grocery store, drug store and I-4.

Do not recommend staying here — run away!The unit is right next to an exterior door that people constantly use and slam, even late at night, making it very loud and disruptive. Cleanliness was questionable (dirt/sand on the bathroom floor).The worst part was the noise from the highway—it literally felt like sleeping in a tunnel. One bed was fine, the other was extremely hard.I wouldn’t stay here for freeSeriously, book somewhere else.

The unit’s location within the condominium and proximity to main roads is accurately reflected in the listing, and as you mentioned, noise perception can be subjective, as many guests do not find it disruptive. We also want to clarify that during your stay we worked with you and agreed to adjust your reservation, even though platform policies do not always allow modifications or refunds once a stay has begun. We always aim to be fair and accommodating, and we regret that despite our efforts, your experience did not meet your expectations.

Host was great. Beds were amazing. Good and firm. The room was next to a major highway so we heard every vehicle go by. No soap in the bathroom as advertised, but the room served its purpose.

The property was exactly as described. Sandra was an excellent host, communication was great. There were reminders and notes about how to keep the stay as perfect as possible. We did not use these, but there were additional inflatable mattresses available as well as a few beach toys and other assorted items to help make the stay more pleasant. The property was easy to find, safe and clean. The road noise was as described by the host, the unit faces the road. We heard a few motorcycles that sounded like they were racing down the road, but after a long day at the parks it didn't bother us. If your sensitive to noise, be aware it can be noticeable (it did not bother us at all). We did occasionally hear the neighbor directly above walking around. Nothing that was excessive or unbearable. There are plenty of options for places to eat and a grocery store nearby. The unit is located in a great location that is convenient to dining and parks. There is a small basketball court that we used, didn't have time to use the pool (it looked very nice). Overall, Sandra was great and the unit was amazing. The value compared to local hotels was amazing. We used this as a base to explore the Universal Parks, it was a 20-30 minute drive depending on traffic but worth the time. Next time we visit, we will definitely look to book this unit again.

It was a short stay after leaving a cruise and waiting to catch a plane. The condo was clean and the community was nice. The surrounding neighbors were a bit noisy slamming doors. This is a great stay to visit Disney World.

The room wasn’t equipped to hang out inside, the WiFi did not work for 3 of our 5 night, the bot tubs were colder than the pool. The host was nice but her furniture is outdated and falling apart. The shelf in the shower was broken so all of our products had to be on the shower floor. The host was very accommodating and friendly.
