Clean and cozy

This home was very clean and quiet. The off street, private parking was awesome and hard to find in Atlanta. The owner was great and quick to respond to any questions. Everything we needed to stay and cook was provided. Definitely recommend!

Well Appointed

Great place to stay in the perfect location to tour Atlanta Old Fourth Ward and near by neighborhoods. WiFi is available but not at a bandwidth that would support streaming video.

Wonderful space within walking distance of everything!

We truly enjoyed our long weekend in Atlanta, thanks to Mia's wonderful home. We were in town for the Shaky Knees music festival, so most of our time was spent on the festival grounds. But this home provided a perfect space to return to each evening and relax, enjoy a meal and kick back after a long day of rock-and-roll. We also enjoyed being within walking distance of New Realm Brewing and the wonderful people watching on Atlanta's Eastside Beltline. Highly recommend this space for groups hoping to spend their weekends walking around town, as we parked our cars and left them there until our departure. It's a safe neighborhood, with ample parking for 2 cars out back.

Our Atlanta vacation

It is a charming home, very well stocked. We had some great family get-togethers. There's a great park for walking. We liked A Mano and Buena Vida restaurants. The enclosed back yard turned out to be unusable for dogs because it is very muddy. Very hard to keep floors clean. Also, no cable tv.

Comfortable, Clean, Spacious

We hunkered down at Mia's place for over three months during the pandemic. The place was very clean upon arrival, and it checked all the boxes for a long, enjoyable stay: plenty of indoor space; comfy beds and furniture; nice, green backyard, and porch; fast internet; on a quiet, safe side street; good kitchen; and good AC/heat. Mia was a pleasure to talk to and she was responsive to our questions. Strongly recommend.

Olympic trial marathon trip

We had 3 retired couples that stayed here to watch our niece run in the Olympic trials marathon. We actually walked to downtown to the Coca-Cola experience on Friday, and back to that area on Saturday. It is very close to some good restaurants that lie along the belt line. Everything was just as advertised and Mia was very easy to communicate with on the app.

Awesome, Clean House

We had a great time at this house. Great location - walking distance to the beltline, great playground, Whole Foods, Chipotle, etc. Kids loved the porch swing during the rainstorm. The house was super clean and fully stocked. We loved it.

Great home! Wonderful location!

I was in Atlanta for work downtown for 8 days and this home was perfect. The owner was helpful, responsive and great to work with. The house was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The shower in the master is dreamy. We had a great batch of weather and I got to enjoy coffee each day on the beautiful back deck. I will definitely stay there again when I come back to Atlanta
