Great stay!

The house was great! Very small issues that were verbalized with maintenance and fixed immediately! House was well stocked for cooking dinner at home, walking distance to everything we needed and pool was a hit!

Great house!

We really enjoyed this property! It was close to activities and beach access and was in a great neighborhood. The house was clean and well-kept.

Nice pool

The house is nice but in need of some upgrades. A cabinet to store non-perishable food items near the kitchen would be nice as there is no pantry (this could be located to the right of the master bedroom door). Carpeting should be replaced and better outdoor deck furniture would be a plus. Pool is very nice, as is hot tub. Master bedroom is nice, especially the remodeled bathroom. Overall the house is fine but just needs a little better upkeep.

Loved it ! Close to everything, having the tram was great !

The house was nice , it could use a few updates . Some of the mattresses were uncomfortable. I would recommend it 😊 We were disappointed with the traffic situation- it took us 2 hours from the start of ocean boulevard to the house 😞 and again upon leaving . I think if the check in/ checkout times were staggered it may be better .

The house was great. Pool was the main attraction for the kids. The dining area had enough space for everyone to eat and also liked the balcony on the top floor. Only bad thing was that the door on the lower level that goes to the car port locks from the outside but can still be opened from the inside even when locked. It made it kind of hard to keep an eye on our toddler that also enjoyed the house and kept exploring the house every chance she got, other than that it was great. Really recommend the house.

Wonderful vacation home

Everything was great. All appliances, tv's, hot tub, pool, bathrooms, kitchen items worked perfectly. Our family was 4 older adults, 7 young adult children, 2 children 14 and 9. We all had a great time. Used the pool and hot tub daily. Washer and dryer worked great for keeping up on laundry. We went to food lion on Sunday, stocked up and made most meals in the kitchen. It was very well stocked with utensils, dishes, pans. Coffee pot used twice daily, worked great. Oven used and worked fine. Beds were ok. Not as comfy as home but pretty good. Beds were made with clean linens, clean towels were laid out for our use, we washed them daily. Trolley was awesome, used it for beach trips. We rented a couple umbrellas and a cooler from Corolla beach rentals. Every day they set the umbrellas up for us and had the cooler with ice under them. It was great we just packed our drinks and towels and hopped on the trolley to make a day of it. All the resort amenities were awesome. Painted a canvas at the Sports center one day that it rained with the 9 year old. We went crabbing one day, super fun for kids. Checking in and out was all automated through the app on my phone. Great experience! We would return in a heartbeat.

July 2016 Stay

Home was exactly as portrayed on website. Perfect location- Sound at end of street; trolley stop directly across the street. Walked to Soundside pool & fitness center, as well as ice cream shop down the street. We were a group of 11-- one 9 yr old, several teens, few 20-somethings & late 40s. There was something for everyone. Private pool & hot tub used daily. "Kids" loved the pool table & TV room on ground level. Plenty of space at the table for dinner & games. There are bikes, games, movies & books at the house. Maintenance responded promptly when we reported that 2 closet doors came off the track. Only MINOR inconvenience was no bathroom on ground floor by pool. We would definitely rent this home again & will ONLY go through Village Realty. Seamless booking, check-in/out & very responsive to questions, etc. Highly recommend this house.
