Our building is located on the beach and this unit has a partial beach view.

Beach front units are available to reserve online up to ten (10) months in advance, however you may call or contact us directly for a reservation up to twelve (12) months in advance.

Please note: We do not allow Sunday or holiday arrivals and require a 7 night minimum stay.

1 bedroom, 1 bath fifth floor condo


* There is a newly added 6' x 6' window in the living room affording a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico
* Overlooking the island and Sarasota Bay

* Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances

This island-side unit is newly renovated with all new stainless steel appliances, quartz counter top, new cabinets, tile floors and new furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped including new cookware. There is a walk-in shower in bathroom. The living room has a new sliding door that opens onto a 34' long private balcony where you can watch the sun rise over the Bay while enjoying your morning coffee.

Everything is here for your convenience, just bring your clothes and sunscreen!

Building interior is non-smoking, smoking is permitted on balcony only.

On behalf of our guests and owners that suffer from asthma and allergies, no pets are allowed on the property. No exceptions! $300 fine.

Great Location!

The resort is located right on the beach. The unit is Very Clean and recently updated. I it wasn’t for the fact that the building needs a bit of a facelift, this would have been five stars. You can see the sunrise from the balcony/living room and bedroom windows, other than that, there is not much to see in that direction (bay direction). What we enjoyed the most though (benefit of this being the Corner Unit), is the fact that you can watch the sunsets from the large side window which overlooks the beach. Dining - We highly recommend Dry Dock Waterfront Grill on Longboat Key, Crab & Finn on St. Armand's Circle and Walt's Fish Market in Sarasota. Euphemia Haye on Longboat Key is a unique experience as well. Try the Diplomat Breakfast Sandwich at the Turtle Coffee Bar – unique vibe. Publix Grocery Market is very close as well. Also, don’t forget to check out Santa Maria Island and All in all, we enjoyed our time at this condo and the location.

The Beachcomber comes through again

My wife and I have been coming to Longboat Key for a number of years now. Three years ago, we needed to find a new place to stay for the week of visiting we do with my wife's family. At that point we found The Beachcomber. There are so many things to like about it; the location on the island walking distance to the Publix, the beautiful beach, the friendly people who work the facility.... and much more. Exceeded all of our expectations.

Visiting our son and granddaughters in Bradenton. Excellent location, beautiful beach. Condo had everything we needed and lovely furnishings. Large side window with view of beach was a special treat. Will be back
