Accommodations: The Beach on Longboat Key is a relaxing, yet modern retreat located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, located mid-island on Longboat Key. Choose from our various unit styles including studio, hotel, one- and two-bedroom units. Enjoy all the amenities of home in these fully furnished condominiums including LCD, flat-screen TVs, kitchenette, granite countertops, dining area and modern, yet beachy, décor.

If you're looking for a spot on the beach on a budget this is your place. Im big on not having a road between the beach and where i stay and this checked that box. Most other places are 2 or 3 times the price. This is a great value and i cant say enough about dominick and the propert management team. Had a couple questions that were taken care of immediately. Cant wait to come back. Thanks again!

The unit was clean with lots of nice fluffy towels. I wish I could say so much for the bed., It was lumpy, and the sheets were old and worn. The pillows were even worse, really needed to be replaced. Access to the beach was great with lots of lounge chairs, and a gentleman who was constantly cleaning and keeping things neat outside. We would have preferred a bit of a balcony attached to our room as well. All I know the facility was lovely however I would go with a unit with a balcony next time.

Great Property

Great location and beach access- pool is awesome! Unit doesn’t face the ocean, but it’s right there! Very low key- place is very clean. WiFi is spotty and would not be good if you are planning to work while staying- that is an island wide issue I believe- No stove, but has everything else a kitchen needs and a grill- we would come back!

Loved the location. the beach was beautiful..tranquil.Room was nice. But I was given no trash bags and there was nothing to cook on but an antiquated and dangerous hot plate. Also no pan or skillet to cook with! I had to go out and buy a skillet. We had to eat out far more than we had planned. Otherwise ok

Disappointed

The place inside is very tired for the price. Streaming TV which we dont like. Shower was amazing though and location is nice.It just wasn't a comfortable place to stay for us.

Parking lot view! Wi-Fi and tv almost never worked! Window shaker runs every 3 minutes! Office never open! Toilet broke but fixed quickly! Pretty clean! Book only if desperate!

First, internet service across the entire island has been inconsistent since the hurricane, which is unfortunately beyond our control. That said, the TV in the unit is fully functional. Regarding the view, our listing clearly states what to expect, and we encourage guests to review all details before booking. We’re sorry if this was misunderstood. Additionally, this is a privately managed rental, not a hotel, which means we do not operate a 24-hour front desk—nor is there a need for one. We’re glad our team was able to respond quickly to the toilet issue and that you found the unit to be clean. While we understand not every guest will find our accommodations a perfect fit, we strive to provide a clear and accurate description of what to expect. Best regards,

Room 220

We booked for an over night stay. The property itself was wonderful. And we were allowed to check in early. However, the kitchenette sink had a dirty knife and glass waiting for us when we entered. The bathroom was also dirty. We suspect it was due to the roofers that had been above the unit earlier. But there was dirt all around the toilet and a rusty nail near by as well. We only needed the room to clean up and rest but it was disappointing to come in and deal with a mess.That said, we did enjoy our stay. The beach and pool area were great. The location was quiet and beautiful.

Cable tv didn't work most of the stay, wifi spotty. Paint peeling throughout rental, door lock n key was super difficult to unlock (slat corrosion). Not even close to what was pictured on site no was a view of beach as pictured only view was the small parking lot.....
