We are minutes from Downtown and have quick access to freeways that take you to Utah's finest ski resorts. We are walking distance from grocery stores and also a few blocks from local eateries, well-known food chains, local city parks, the University of Utah, entertainment, Primary Children's Hospital, and everything else. Enjoy this safe and cozy space, which features 2 bedrooms with comfortable queen beds, blackout curtains in each room, and a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Classic wood trim throughout the large open living room leads to a large balcony. Guests can enjoy amenities like Google Fiber internet. Central Air offers heating and cooling. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking and dining, including pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, a coffee maker, and more! This was the perfect place for us for what we needed. I would definitely stay again. It’s walking distance to the bus stop, which helped us to get to Rice-Eccles Stadium. We took the train back, which was a little farther of a walk (but it saved us so much for parking).

We had a perfect long weekend here and I would absolutely recommend this apartment! The property was very clean, cute, and comfortable. Misty was very communicative and made check in and check out a breeze. I would stay here again while visiting SLC!

We everything related to this experience. The booking, communication, property, and area was amazing! The place is as advertised! The place is clean & organized, and an assigned parking spot. Our communication with Misty was outstanding. The detail & availability prior, during, and at checkout, another reason to stay here! It’s about a 20-30 walk to downtown, safe even at night leaving the convention center. Highly recommend.

Misty was extremely communicative and accommodating! Location in the heart of SLC was amazing since we were able to travel to nearby destinations easily. We enjoyed the herbal teas and basket of snacks provided by the host. I would definitely stay here again when traveling to SLC.

This is our second stay here and I will not stay anywhere else in Salt Lake I can help it. This apartment is so well kept and so clean. It is quiet and quaint. The owners are super to work with. I go for medical purposes and the last thing that I want is to have more stress because of where I am staying. The owners have always been so welcoming and kind and made our stay stress free and actually fun! Thank you so much!

Overall good stay. Not used to the SLC kind of heat (from cooler northern WI), so the air conditioning, although loud, was welcomed. We would stay here again.

Comfortable, convenient and cozy

Loved my night stay. The place was very affordably priced, conveniently located, and very comfortable and cozy. From the great provided snacks, to cozy atmosphere, to super fluffy nice towels, the place was clean, had everything I needed, and provided ample room to entertain my family that I was visiting f. Highly recommend!

Great SLC stay

This well-apportioned and classy apartment had everything we needed for a great stay in SLC. The kitchen was well stocked making it easy to cook a simple meal, and the coffee selection was great. Beds were comfortable and the decor was well-done. The location is centrally located making it easy to explore downtown, the U, or the mountains. We look forward to staying again.

Amazing communication, adorable property and perfect location! Also appreciated the recommendations on site (notebook and local magazines). We walked to numerous hot spots but were also centrally located for a quick uber ride anywhere we needed to be. Ideal for university visits, downtown shopping and so much more. We will be back for sure!!

Had a wonderful stay. The apartment was even better than the photos. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was very nice and well supplied. They have really paid attention to little details to make you feel welcomed and have everything you would need to have a good stay. Misty was so accommodating and easy to communicate with. The apartment is close to stores and restaurants. We took the UTA-TRAX downtown one day. Was able to park by the station, but I think we could have walked to the station in about 10-15 minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

Charming place to stay

Very historical feeling building that has been nicely updated while maintaining the original character. It’s on a busier street than I thought it would be, but the bedrooms are on the back side so it wasn’t an issue at all to sleep. Really enjoyed our time and the host was super responsive and helpful. Comfy beds, nice linens and extra touches throughout.

Home away from home

Very clean and comfortable apartment in a great part of town. Full of old world charm. Close to a lot of restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, and groceries. Felt welcomed and little spoiled. Nice coffee bar, snacks for us on the table, great shower! The owners even left us some yummy desserts from a local bakery. We had a great week!

A perfect extended stay

Our stay perfect. The unit is central to everything. 10ish minutes to DT, Airport, Highways to mountains, U of U. Plenty of space and amenities. It's a classic older building so you can hear footsteps on the wood flooring. But I would look to stay again in my return to SLC!

I came for the location but will be back for the prefect nights sleep and hot shower! This apartment was awesome for all the usual things. Great location, very safe and private with multiple locks and black out curtains, exceptionally clean, and an attentive and kind host. But what really kicked this stay up a notch was the efficiency in how the home was laid out, stocked and incredibly functional. The flow of the home made everything easy. The apartment is not over furnished and the amenities were simply stocked. The beds are almost too comfortable and the shower is amazing. Both made it very hard to get out of the house each day!

Our son had heart surgery at University of Utah Hospital and we needed a place that close to the hospital. This house was the perfect location. It is just straight down the road and made getting to and from the hospital so easy. We were in Utah for 17 days and needed a place where we could cook our meals and feel like we were home. The kitchen was pretty well stocked (not like home of course) for cooking. I could have used bigger pots and pans but we made it work. Not everyone will stay the long length of time as we did. The laundry facility is downstairs and coin operated, but still easy to get to. All appliances are new and easy to use. The owner, Misty, was always available and so helpful and friendly. She responded almost immediately when I messaged her so that was so nice. We were in a downstairs unit and we could hear the people above us when there was someone there, but it wasn’t too much of a problem. The coziness and comfort of the house outweighed any noise we heard. The location to stores and restaurants was also wonderful. Easy access to everything! I would stay here again without hesitation!

Just can't say enough about this wonderful place and the Host!!!

So I am going to lead off with the fact that this beautiful historical apartment is on a main road so if you are looking for a country setting this is not for you. Let me tell you about all of the wonderful things about this beautiful and historic apartment. First off the host is amazing. I had issued with getting in (all my fault as I got a new phone and didn't update my number) and she was so patient. This apartment is just as cute as the photos! The kitchen is lovely and clean and well supplied with basics. The dining area has plenty of seating if you want to have friends for dinner or whatever. The living area looks out the front of the apartment through these beautiful glass french doors that lead to a personal sitting space out front that was very nice in the evening. The bathroom is clean and well stocked with bleach white towels and all that you need for a stay (soaps and tissue etc.) and the bedrooms are small and quaint as you would expect to find in a older apartment like this. They are clean and the bed was quite comfortable with a variety of pillows to choose from. So the only small down side to this lovely place (which was not a down side for us at all as it was so close to everything we needed!) is the fact that this beautiful historical apartment is on a main road so if you are looking for a country setting this is not for you. And with that I give this 5 stars plus! Thank you for a wonderful place to stay.

Elegant old architecture with a modern classic vibe.Close to the trolley system to get around Salt Lake City.Misty, the host, is wonderful. If I could give 10 stars I would!! A great place to stay!
