Stylish and cozy 2 bedroom- available for short term or longer term rental! Less than five minutes from Samford and Brookwood Hospital, 10 minutes from UAB/ downtown. In a lovely, quiet and safe neighborhood just off 65 in Homewood. The beautiful Lakeshore trail is across the main road, where you can bike or run along the creek. The apartment has been professionally remodeled and furnished with everything you should need for a comfortable stay in Birmingham!

The apartment has an open living space with a den area, Roku TV, full kitchen, small dining area, bar table, and a washer and dryer. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, and we provide coffee for your stay!

The master bedroom is spacious with a queen bed and desk area. The second bedroom has two comfortable twin beds, and both bedrooms have large closets.

This is a lower level apartment in a small 4 unit brick building that more resembles a house in a lovely and safe residential area with beautiful homes. You enter from the back parking area- each room of the apartment has a small daylight window.

You will have access to the entire apartment. There is a small sitting area outside the apartment and also a large shared courtyard in the front of the building that you’re welcome to use!

We live just a few minutes away and are happy to answer any questions you have during your stay. We are Birmingham natives and love sharing hidden gems about our city with guests.

The neighborhood is safe, quaint and quiet. It’s a residential area with cute homes and great neighbors. The home is just 2 minutes from the interstate but you would never know the highway is so close. The apartment is so conveniently located without the chaos of a busy street!

Public transportation is not widely available in Birmingham but Uber and Lyft are easy to use. The building is a small 4 unit building with a small parking area in the back of the building where you have one assigned space to park. There is also street parking in front of the home if you have more than one car.
There will be a $500 cleaning fee for smoking of any kind in the home.

Please be respectful of the other tenants in the building. Loud noise, parties or disturbing the other tenants won’t be tolerated.

Our cleaners inventory before and after each guest. Guests will be charged for any missing items, including towels, blankets, silverware etc.
