Nice place to stay when visiting family in Binghamton. Easy location in Vestal, closing to shopping, restaurants, etc. Very nice kitchen, well stocked.

Yankees Game Trip

Property was comfortable and clean. This property is a duplex and VRBO should have duplex in its choices as a description. Owner was very thoughtful and answered any questions or concerns quickly. Location was very convenient.

OK property for our need as place to stay as a family while attending wedding event in Binghamton. Bare bones amenities, no iron supplied.

Hello Rebecca, thank you for your review. I did not have any messages to let me know you needed anything, i wish you would have messaged so i could have helped. Our place is centralled located and we do offer many ammenities compariable to other local vrbo locations. We had a situation with a guest who left a iron on and one who left a stove on so i am hesitant in offering a iron but going to offer a similar amenity. I do applogize but i wish you had messaged to let me know i could have offered a solution. Thank you have a good day.

This place was very nice to stay in, however I feel it is important to note that this is not a single family home and there is also a rental upstairs. This was not the impression I had while reading the post. The deck has an upstairs deck for that apartment so if they are using their deck as well it won't feel as private. I feel this is important to note because I have a 3 year old who is in the tantrum stage and so I chose a house over an apartment to not disturb others. Other than this oversight it was a very nice place with a nice big deck and large yard. Sitting from the porch you can see a beautiful eagles nest and we enjoyed watching the family settle in every night at dusk. It was nice to sit on the porch in the morning and enjoy a cup of coffee and the little bowl of snacks the host kindly provided. Thanks so much Nicole for letting us stay in your home for our vacation, it's beautiful.
