The space
THE MAIN HOUSE
This home features 2 bedrooms, a bonus room, and 2.5 baths. Central heating throughout. The entry opens to a spacious mudroom, ideal for drying winter clothing.

On the first level, you'll find a bedroom with 2 bunk beds, the bonus room with a large smart TV, a queen and twin sofa sleeper, a full bath, laundry area (with washer/dryer) and a cozy wood-burning stove.

Up a few steps, you'll reach the main living area, which includes a fully equipped kitchen, living room with smart TV and cable tv channels. Sliding glass doors opening to a wide front deck with BBQ grill. The master bedroom has a king bed, a twin sleeper sofa, a private deck, large walk-in closet, and an en-suite bath with a bidet seat, shower and bathtub.


THE STUDIO ABOVE THE GARAGE
The detached studio, a bright, newly built space above the garage, features high ceilings and natural light. It includes a primary bedroom with a king bed, a second room with a queen bed, and a full bathroom with a shower. Enjoy a private deck with serene views. Access is via 1 flight of steps up from the garage, on the way to the main house.

OUTDOORS
- DO NOT traverse the front yard for any reason
- Back yard sledding is not allowed

CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS
- Tidy up the kitchen
- Take all garbage to the bear proof dumpster in front of the house
- Return garage door opener to shelf in garage
- Lock house and return keys to hook
