The morning of check-in we will send you a link which contains an electronic guidebook. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. We have also included our suggestions for the best things to do in town, our favorite restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and much more.

This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. Shooting fireworks is NOT allowed. Parties or shooting fireworks will be shut down, and possibly threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.

Please note that smoking or vaping of any kind is forbidden on the property and will result in a minimum fine of $500.

Also note that this is a side by side duplex, one wall is shared with the neighbors.

IMPORTANT: These homes are on paved roads. However, this is a top ski town in America, so it snows OFTEN. You want to make sure you are prepared with AWD or 4WD. Our snow plow partner only comes anytime it’s over 5”, however if you are stuck let us know and we can help!

Please keep garage door closed at all times due to wildlife

HOT TUB RULES:
- No glass in hot tub
- Replace hot tub cover when not in use
- No loud music in or around hot tub
