There was a 35/day fee to heat any portion of the pool. We were expecting a fee for the pool but when we clarified we were told that even if we only used the hot tub, we’d get billed 35/day, which isn’t something I’ve experienced before. Additionally, the “welcome book” that has the rules for the house/neighborhood, was a small pamphlet that our party did not see until 3 days into our stay. Having this information more easily accessible would have been a benefit as we accidentally parked our cars in violation of the HOA, which we would not have done if we had seen/been able to read the welcome book. The additional amenities were also somewhat lacking. There were only three rolls of toilet paper in the whole house, so we had to buy more during our week-long stay (with 9 guests), and there were not as many towels as I would have expected given that there was a pool in the backyard. We ended up doing several loads of laundry to ensure we had clean towels. Finally, the check out procedure was very unclear. There was no guidance on what to do with towels, bedding, or trash, so we gathered our towels in each bathroom and gathered all trash, but I was worried about extra fees due to the lack of instruction. The individual hired by the property management company was very communicative and kind in our conversations and was quick to reply. Overall, I would not book again as it added extra stress to my trip but it was a fine place to sleep and rest.
