We are so excited to welcome you to our beautiful 6 bed home on the exclusive gated community of Windsor Hills is only minutes from Disney!

Magical Windsor Hills Retreat sleeping upto 13, boasting 2 Kingsize en-suite Masters, perfect for larger families. There's also a games room & free high speed Wifi for all of your devices.

Enjoy al fresco dining under the covered lanai, or soak up the full Florida sun all day long beside your very own private south facing pool.

Bedroom Information:

Master King #1 - Very spacious room with brand new furniture including King bed, grey with aqua feature wall, white Tommy Bahamas bedding. 40" Flat Screen Rou Smart TV. Large private master bath with separate tub and shower.

Master King #2 - King bed and private bath. Decorated in gentle grey tones with aqua feature wall. White Tommy Bahamas bedding. 37" Flat Screen TV.

Bedroom #3 - Mickey Themed with brand new furniture including 2 x Twin beds and matching dresser, walk in closet. Tastefully themed with grayscale Mickey, suitable for all ages and genders. Shared family bathroom down the hall.

Bedroom #4 - Magical Princess themed room. Pretty pink room perfect for your little princesses, with princess decals and matching princess bedding. Shared family bathroom down the hall.

Bedroom #5 - Harry Potter themed bunk room, full bed with twin over (sleeps 3).

There’s also a castle & dragon themed children’s adventure playground.

Magical house

The house was perfect for our recent Disney trip. The kids loved the decorations in the rooms. The best part is that it is so close to all the parks! Would definitely recommend this property to others. Host is super responsive and follows up with you during your stay, checking in was a breeze no problems.

Perfect for family!

The location is really great because you are close to all the parks and it’s within an hour of pretty much everything else you want to do in this area. It’s a very safe and secure community and really enjoyed the pool and hot tub! The property manager is amazing and responds very timely! The property looks just like it’s pictured. Clean, comfortable, plenty of space for everyone!

Enjoyed my stay

I really enjoyed my stay at the property it looked just like it was listed. The home was very clean and well kept up. Haley is a great host if there were any questions that I had she responded right away. Thanks I will be booking this home again in the future.

Perfect getaway (especially for Disney families!)

Very clean! Easy check out/in. House was very accommodating! Plenty of space and everything you need to start your week off. Pool and hot tub were great! Easy deliveries from Amazon/groceries/door dash etc during our stay. Would recommend and come back!

This was the perfect house for our family to relax at after a day at Disney.

This house was perfect for our family of 8. The location is great. It is close to the Disney Parks, restaurants and shopping. It was very clean and the beds are comfortable! My family made some wonderful memories playing in the swimming pool and game room. I really enjoyed talking with Haley and Dee. They were both very nice and helpful. They responded very quickly to any questions that we had during our stay. We definitely want to stay here again the next time we come to Florida.

Great house, Great Location, Highly Recommend

We rented this house for a week for 11 people. It was exactly as described and larger than we expected. It is perfect for larger groups with its two master bedrooms. The property manager was friendly and responsive when we reached out with a couple small issues. The owners were super responsive during the booking process and during our stay when we had a few questions. The house is beautiful and thoughtfully furnished, decorated, and equipped with everything you would need during your stay. We would definitely stay here on our next trip to Orlando.

Great Stay!

From start to finish this was a great experience. Ownership and management are very quick to respond. They accommodated a change in our travel plans on short notice and were very clear in their instructions. House was fantastic, had everything we needed. Two en-suite rooms for the adults, clean, spacious, and the kids loved the themed bedrooms, game room, and pool. Pool was great and has privacy from neighbors behind the house. Location is great, maybe 5-10 mins from Disney parks, and the neighborhood is clean and kid-friendly. We’ve stayed at Windsor Hills a half-dozen times and this was our best stay.

Amazing Vacation Home near Disney

This property was wonderful. Hayley and Gavin provided an exceptional home. The check in process was seemless and was accurately described. The rooms for the children were decorated with princess, Mickey Mouse theme and Harry Potter themes. Each were also supplied with dolls/toys that our little ones loved!The kitchen had great coffee pot, crockpot, and Mickey Waffle maker-we used daily. So many choices of dishes including Disney plates , cups, and popcorn containers!Glass cookware and plastic storage containers. The outdoor pool area was a dream! The pool was warm, plenty of outdoor seating and a table in the shade to enjoy meals and morning coffee. We had groceries delivered twice from Walmart that was just down the road. Pool towels were nice. We have rented many Florida houses over the past 15 years and this was the one that fit all our wishes. The property manager was very helpful as well. Thanks for making our family vacation so special!

Perfect Stay!

The house was perfect for our family. It was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. It was private and quiet around the pool. Having access to the neighborhood amenities was a great bonus. The Management Team and Home Owners went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. I would highly recommend this home and definitely return.

Great experience

The house worked out great for my wife and I along with two our kids and their young families. Another son and his family and in laws were in another house right across the street. Great pool area and very comfortable home.

Excellent Stay!

I am a former owner of a condo in this area so I knew exactly what I was looking for. This property ticked all the boxes - main floor bedroom for my mother-in-law with mobility issues, south facing pool, lots of bedrooms and space. Perfect for all our needs!

Private pool while very close to parks

Last minute, due to Red Tide, we had to change our plans. We found this property and figured it was the best option considering it had a private pool. This was our first time using VRBO and we were very happy with the process and property. The pool and space of the home was perfect as we had 12 people in the home. We were especially happy with the property manager and how well Dee communicated with us. We would recommend.

Beautiful home

We had a party of 8 a mixture of adults, teens and young ones it fit us all with no problem. The house is nice and big and the pool is amazing. Everyone loved it.

Hello my name is Hayley and my husband is Gavin. We live in the South East of England, UK. We have been holidaying to Orlando for many years now with our 5 children, Amelia, Aidan, Freddie, William and Harrison. Windsor Hills has always been our go to location for rental due to its excellent facilities and its extremely close proximity to Disney! We fell in love with everything Orlando, and we have finally fulfilled our dream to own on this fantastic resort.

The beauty of renting a pool home is the flexibility it offers you as guests. This is the perfect location due to how close it is situated to Disney!

Magical Windsor Hills Retreat is tucked away on a little loop towards the back of the resort, not on one of the main streets. Our pool is also *South Facing* so you can enjoy the Florida sun all day long.

Our home was built in the last phase of the development. It is more private in the back than some, due to the high retaining wall, so that you are not back to back with a neighbour. Not forgetting the beautiful south facing pool so you can enjoy the sun soaked deck all day.
