Welcome to your perfect getaway at Buttonwood Bay! This inviting 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath 2 story updated townhouse has been comfortably and tastefully decorated. Located on Buttonwood Bay's private waterway known for it's unique and relaxing canal view right from the unit. Dock your boat in your private boat slip located just steps behind the screened in back porch and BBQ area. A perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, a lazy afternoon or an evening cooking your catch on the gas grill.
Boating:
With a private boat slip (max 27 ft length), adventure on the water is just a few steps away. Buttonwood Bay marina has its own very convenient fuel dock and marine store. This community is located at mile marker 96 on the Bayside. The nearshore and offshore water is a stunning turquoise color, known for being calm and flat on most days throughout the year. Adventure around the offshore mangrove islands or dock - up at one of the many nearby waterfront eateries and enjoy fresh local cuisine and cocktails, or head to the Oceanside with a quick trip through Tavernier Creek just a few miles South.
Pets:
1 dog under 30 pounds permitted (additional pet fee required) so pack your fur baby and get ready for a trip! We will not be able to welcome any cats, sorry no exceptions the owner is allergic. Please inquire within to discuss your fur babies before making a reservation.

The Buttonwood Bay community spans over 40 acres with room to roam perfect for getting in a morning stroll. Then enjoy a swim in one of the three refreshing pools. We have an in-house full service concierge manager ready to help make your trip memorable! Inquire within for a list of fun activities, excursions, transportation, rental equipment, baby equipment and so much more! We are ready to help you curate the vacation of a lifetime!
This property has a 28 day minimum rental period. All guests and boats must be registered prior to arrival. Trailers must be stored off-site. 5 person maximum.
