The host was incredibly responsive to all of our needs. The communication was quick. It is a fantastic place to spend a week with family who live all over the country. We have a service dog and the yard was great for him, also the neighborhood was fantastic and safe to take walks in.

Great place, wonderful host!

Great property, exactly as advertised, plenty of room, great space for our girls weekend getaway. Convenient to all area activities. Great neighborhood. Our host was thoughtful and accommodating, with all the extra little touches to to make our stay special. We will definitely stay here again.

Gathering Stay

Great home with a great aesthetic in a fantastic area. Close by to useful stores. Great and receptive host. Wide range of amenities for use and phenomenal place for a mid-sized gathering!

The setting and roominess of the living area was perfect for gathering and visiting.Everyone that came for the evening Saturday night to visit and reminisce commented on how perfect it was for getting together and just sharing old times.So only six of us stayed there Saturday night overnight, but there were friends from our alumni get together that came to the house and visited with us for the evening. It was a delightful setting and perfect for that event! And everyone that came felt the same way, and commented on how perfect it was for catching up!!!The hostess was so pleasant, helpful, and accommodating with any questions that I had, and responded in a very timely manner whenever I reached out to her! She was also very helpful in getting an issues straightened out that would’ve been difficult to have gotten taken care of without her assistance!

Title: Very Disappointing Stay – Not as AdvertisedStay: Fri:5/1 – Mon: 5/4/2026Reason for stay: Ball State College Graduation Family members from out of state: Kentucky, Texas and FloridaThings we experienced during our stay:•No working smoke alarms•Overall lack of property cleanliness•Multiple outlets in bedrooms not working•Lack of blinds/window coverings in front and back windows of the house•Lack of hot water for showers and washing up anything during the stayOur family has stayed at many VRBOs in the past and this one by far was the worst when considering the expectations that one has when staying at a VRBO.While the location was convenient and the home had enough space for our group, the condition of the property was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, cleanliness was a major issue. There were ants in the kitchen and rotting fruit on the counter. The frig was full of open containers and food which left very little space for our food.The lack of curtains/blinds in the house affected both privacy and sleep. No working outlets in the upstairs bedrooms was very inconvienent (i.e. C-pap user).With the timing of our stay and graduation ceremony the morning after check-in, we were unable to look for other accommodations, so we made the best of it. Overall, the property did not match the listing, photos or expectations. It is listed as a 6 bedroom and there were only 4 bedrooms and common spaces that could be used for sleeping. We would not recommend this home.

Great location close to stores, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Close to Indianapolis but in a great neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Excellent communication and lots of room in the house
