Perfect Place in Seaside!

The "Happy Place" has it all. THE LOCATION IS PERFECT!!! Close to pool, beach, town and restaurants. The owners and management personal were excellent to deal with. Will definitely be staying here again.

Amazing location!

We had the best time at Happy Place. The location and pool were unbeatable. So easy to walk to the beach and beach club and loved the size of the house pool. The house comfortably fit 4 families and had everything we needed. Can't wait to return!

Wondefulvacation!

House is beautiful, spacious, and delightfully decorated. Kitchen is well stocked. Town is adorable with fabulous restaurants and great shopping! Enjoyed every minute of it.

Elegant and upscale...best location!

When we arrived at Happy Place we were pleasantly surprised- it was even nicer in person than in pictures! This does not feel like a rental property, it feels like your best friends home. The decor was spectacular and the house had everything you could possibly need. Just bring your own wine and you're set!

Great, comfy home away from home

You will not be disappointed with this home or the area. They are always available to assist with any questions. The location to beach is phenomenal and it was such a blessing to have a pool for the little ones, stocked with plenty of pool and beach toys. Having a guest cottage was a great place for grandparents. Can't wait to return to this property.

Great property across from Watercolor Beach Club

This three-story home was perfect for us to get together with our kids and grandchildren for the week. We had the option of walking across the street to the beach or going to multiple pools at the Beach Club or using our own private pool. The carriage house provided a quiet spot for those who preferred quiet. You could also walk to Seaside in 5 minutes. It was the perfect vacation home!

If you want to be steps away from the beach, near the large pool and located on 30A this is your place. It’s beautiful. It’s huge. It’s clean. It’s the best location in Watercolor. It has more than everything you need. My family had a great wonderful week here. Thank you for this fabulous vacation!

Wonderful Home for Family

We just returned home from a wonderful family vacation at Happy Place. Our trip could not have been better and the home was just amazing! We celebrated my parents 60th birthday while there and made lifetime memories. The home suited 3 families with children with more than enough room, and our parents loved the carriage home! We made many of meals in the fabulous kitchen, spent endless hours on the patio and especially loved the floating daybeds. The location is ideal, esp with kids, giving easy access to and from the beach and Seaside. We hope to return again and stay at the HAPPY PLACE!

Stolzenthaler family

What a wonderful week at HAPPY PLACE! Super location, loved having a pool, kitchen equipped very well, beds comfy.... Randy the property manager welcomed us with a quick tour. Beer and donuts were an awesome treat. Well maybe not at the same time. We celebrated our 20th anniversary and renewed our vows in front of our three children. It was a fantastic week and we will be back.

Everything was just like what it said it was.

Pretty often we rent a house based on information provided, only to get there to find out the info, pictures, and reviews provided aren't exactly in line with what is actually there. That isnt the case with "Happy Place". It was great. Plan on reserving again ASAP.

Amazing...Couldn't Be Better

We've been to Watercolor many times but Happy Place made this the best visit yet. The house is very comfortable and clean. It's also ideally located so it was easy to head back to the house for lunch and then get right back to the beach. Also, it was very easy to get into Seaside (in fact, I don't think you can get closer). The owner is great to work with and we had no problems. Our kids really loved the pool as well which was heated. The place also comes with several bikes if you want to get around in a hurry. Really couldn't recommend this more highly.

Perfect Beach House and Location.... will be hard to find better!

We just returned from a family reunion at this beautiful home. This house accommodated several families with children from 6yrs old and up and nobody got the short straw. The house was perfect for our group. We enjoyed the after dinner walks to Seaside for some ice cream, the 6 new bikes plus a tandem bike provided for great family bike rides around beautiful Watercolor and Seaside. The beach chairs and umbrellas were really appreciated, thanks! The Owners have really put together the opportunity for a perfect beach vacation experience by making this house available to the rental market. Looking forward to our next stay there. Our happy place!

After years of searching, we have finally found the house we intend to book very summer! With 8 adults and 4 kids under 5, the house has something for everyone. Our kids loved the pool and beach toys and everyone loved the porches. The house is beautiful and in an amazing location! Watercolor shops and the beach are steps away and Seaside is a quick walk. Any issues we had were immediately addressed and Randy - who takes care of the property for the owners - is amazing!!! He was so responsive and helpful. This house is definitely our happy place in Watercolor!

Heaven on Earth

We just returned home from a week at Happy Place, and it is hard to come back from that little slice of heaven on Earth. Our family has rented homes in Watercolor for the past 9 years, and we found Happy Place to be absolutely perfect for our large crew. The house is ideally situated directly across from the beach access. It has a pool that is large by WC standards, and every room is beautifully appointed with a warm and serene feel. It's a perfect house for families with lots of kids. There are 10 single beds and 3 master suites (plus a carriage house). It is a truly beautiful and welcoming home -- the nicest we've found in Watercolor.

This whole place is Happy!

Really had an awesome time at this home. We were three couples and four kids under the age of five and it was perfect. Easy walk to the beach and beach club - we split time between the two. Also easy to take strollers and/or bikes throughout Watercolor - even watched a movie out on the lawn at Camp Watercolor one night! And Seaside was a quick walk away for shopping or meals. Kids loved being there - the house had some games to keep them occupied and plenty of space for everyone. And Watercolor itself is great - central location on 30A. We had babysitters a few of the nights and were able to get out and explore surrounding areas - Grayton Beach, Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. This is a perfect home in a perfect location - everyone is already talking about when we can go back.

BEST TRIP EVER!

My family of 20 rented this beauty of a home for our annual beach trip...it did not disappoint. The location is perfection, right across from the Watercolor Beach Club and beaches and a stones throw to Seaside. All the walking and bike riding and swimming you could imagine. Everything from shopping, grocery, the great food trucks in Seaside, was all so close, I think we got in the car twice the whole week. And the home, it is perfection. Beautifully decorated, there isn't a foot of wasted space. For 10 adults and 10 kids (ages ranging from 5-20), we all were comfortable and not on top of each other. Hoping to make Happy Place our annual gathering place because it does indeed make you happy :)

We LOVE your HAPPY PLACE!!!

This is our second time staying at your place with our family. We have five grandchildren with another due soon. Our routine, for our week stay consisted of playing in one of the parks which are within walking distance of your home every morning and then returning for a swim in the heated pool. We always had lunch in your spacious kitchen. After naps it was always beach time and again within walking distance of your house. The dinner choices were again within walking distance. Your house is beautiful and child friendly. We love SEASIDE and your house has become our house too!!! Thank you for sharing it with us and our five littles soon to be six!!! "HAPPYest PLACE" on Earth

We came here to celebrate the holidays and ring in the New Year. This is an amazing house! As you walk in the house, you feel as though you have walked into a Coastal Living magazine. Everything is within walking distance and even a short bike ride will take you to other fabulous beaches along 30A. It has everything you can ask for; bicycles, beach access, heated pool, state of the art appliances with which to cook a gourmet meal, and plenty of outdoor and indoor space to lounge and relax throughout your stay. We ate every meal outside on the many fabulous decks and wrap around porches while admiring the ocean view. The claw foot tub was a particular favorite of hers along with the plush bath robes that were provided. It was so amazing, that we have planned to make this an annual trip. Thank you for all the memories!

Great family trip.

We took grandparents ,Aunt , cousins and 4 young teens. They loved the bicycles. We enjoyed having a grill because we were trying to avoid large crowds. The house feels homey. Like you had borrowed it from friends. I appreciated some pantry items being there. Plenty of kitchen utensils. Very close to the beach. The bedrooms are spread apart so everyone has the privacy they need. We didn’t pay to have the pool heated but the weather had been warm enough to swim. We also appreciated use of their beach chairs. We booked very last minute so beach chair service was not available. Suggestion for guests. Bring a lanyard like you would wear to school. Watercolor requires key cards to get to the pool and beach. We lost 2. One immediately fell out of my pocket into the ocean🤦‍♀️. I found the other one in the pocket of my daughters shorts once we got back home. This house is wonderful. Owners are very responsive. We would definitely rent again
