Bay Breeze! Charming 2-bedroom cottage on the Bay!

Your Cape May adventure begins at this cozy pet-friendly cottage in a quiet neighborhood among our mostly year-round neighbors. Our 2-bedroom bungalow is best suited for couples or small families. It has a fully fenced-in yard and a new dog crate to accommodate your small/medium dog. Enjoy a 5-minute walk to the end of the street to watch the best sunsets over the Delaware Bay. Take a short 15-minute drive to downtown Cape May for a day at the ocean, meals & music at fantastic restaurants, bars & wineries. You'll find ample opportunities for shopping and strolling among the historic Victorian homes or on the beach promenade. Enjoy nature preserves, historic tours, sports equipment rental opportunities & miles of bike trails around the area. If you're a homebody, order in from the seafood spot just down the street or get it raw and cook for yourself in our fully stocked kitchen. Sleep soundly on our queen & full-sized memory foam mattresses, equipped with 4 plush pillows each. Each bed and all pillows have hypoallergenic waterproof covers, as well as a mattress pad. We ask that guests bring their own sheets, blankets & towels, but if unable to, we offer linen rental at the cost of replacement. We include the use of 4 Cape May Beach tags, our beach umbrella & chairs, outdoor shower, fire pit, charcoal grill and seating for outdoor dining with each rental.

I was so happy to find a dog-friendly house in Cape May (Villas) with a fenced yard. It is a very small house, but perfect for me and my two dogs. Unfortunately, there is a skunk living under the shed in the backyard and my dogs got sprayed and we needed to leave early. (I was not about to deal with skunk removal.) I was in communication with the host about the situation and I asked for things to be made right since I had to leave the day after arriving to avoid the dogs getting sprayed again. No offer of recompense or refund for the day that I missed. Worst of all, no apology. Fair warning if you have a pet or kids or just want to be in the yard: beware of skunk!

This was a perfect little spot for our family (2 adults, 1 toddler and a dog). The hosts were very generous and allowed us to last-minute add an extra day on to our stay. The area and the house were exactly what our family needed. The weather, beach and accommodations were awesome, we didn't want to leave. Lucky for us, the hosts didn't have another reservation right away and granted us one more day--We are so very grateful! The location was perfect, just a short drive to the major beaches and centrally located to restaurants and breweries in/near Villas. The neighborhood was safe and pet-friendly--lots of neighbors walking their dogs. Proximity to the bay is also very nice - especially for the sunset! The house itself was clean and perfect for our needs.The fenced in yard was spacious for everyone to play. When an issue did arise with the plumbing, the hosts were so very quick to attend to the issue and had it resolved in less than an hour. Communication with the hosts was prompt through the VRBO app. Would 10-10 recommend friends and family to stay here and hope this house is available when we are ready to plan next summer's beach weekend!

Cozy, clean and cheerfull house with very comfortable furniture- especially the beds. Excellent fencing completely encloses property, perfect for our dog's needs and safety. Quiet pleasant neighborhood, convenient to beach and the numerous eateries in town.

This little cottage was very charming and just right for my daughter and myself for the softball tournament we were in Cape May for. I just wish there was a small washer/dryer.

Perfect for our needs

The house was very clean & met our needs perfectly. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We loved the fenced in yard and the proximity to the bay. The neighborhood and surrounding area are also great…quiet and everyone we encountered was friendly. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioners effectively cooled the whole house. We appreciated the cheerful aesthetic and plants/flowers all around. It was a great stay overall. The only thing we would have changed is that we would have paid better attention to the listing advising to bring our own blankets in addition to the sheets and towels we brought.

Cozy and pet friendly

This small house was fine for us (2 adults and a small dog). It was very clean, good location, great fenced in yard and had a nice kitchen. We were disappointed to find only window air conditioners (not specified in the ad) instead of central air. However they were sufficient to cool the house. The owners responded to any questions right away.

Absolutely perfect getaway place for a girls weekend! Despite some issues that came up, the hosts were very quick to respond and very generous in making up what was needed. The house is well equipped and in a perfect beach location!
