The home was a bit older than the pictures. But still clean. Fantastic views!

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! The home, location, and mountain views are stunning. Waking up to the Sedona landscape and winding down on the two beautiful patios with a drink was one of the highlight of our trip. The location offers the perfect balance: it was quiet and peaceful away from the city—especially over the 4th of July weekend—yet close enough for a quick, scenic drive to restaurants and shops. We loved walking around the neighborhood and even discovered a great little trail for early morning walks with our dog before the heat set in. (Just remember to let your host know you're staying with a dog).Inside, the home was incredibly comfortable and well-thought-out. The beds (one king and two queens) were perfectly padded, and everyone slept great. The kitchen was fully stocked with essentials like an electric kettle, microwave, and quality cooking items. I also appreciated the office spaces, which allowed me to get some work done while still enjoying the views outside the window. Check-in was seamless thanks to the straightforward instructions and proactive communication from the hosts before we arrived. The AC kept us perfectly cool when it got hot outside. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope many more people get to experience this beautiful home!"

A Complete failure in management.

It was quite bad and we left after less than 24 hours. First of all, when we arrived it was cold and we weren't given the code to turn up the heat. We got that sorted, and then found that all the fireplaces that were advertised, we weren't allowed to use them. Nothing worked - not the hot tub, nor the jazcuzzi, the overhead lighting, even the ice machine didn't work. And when we woke up in the morning the place was in the 50's so we left. When We heard back from the management company they said we were out of propane and wouldn't be able to get any heat for days. I asked to be rebooked but was refused. No hotel offered, just apologies for the inconvience, so we decamped and had to find a hotel. I was mainly appalled that no solutions were provided, not even space heaters or a reservation - just we were on our own. It's a beautiful property that was simply not ready to have guests. We did manage to get a refund though they charged us to clean the place.

We are truly sorry to hear about your experience and regret that your stay did not meet expectations. We understand how disappointing it must have been to arrive and encounter issues with the heating and amenities. While our team did provide a refund, we recognize that this does not make up for the inconvenience you faced, and we sincerely apologize that alternative solutions were not available at the time. The property has since been serviced and restocked so that future guests can enjoy it as intended. We appreciate your feedback, as it highlights areas where we must improve, and we are committed to providing a much smoother experience moving forward.
