Near slopes!

Private on .82 acres! Easy entry, 4 bedrooms 2 full baths with two large decks and seasonal views. Two-story living room, stone fireplace with gas logs, perfect for cozy evenings. Throw blankets provided to cuddle up next to the fire in your mountain retreat. The newly refreshed kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to make family or group meals. Free coffee and light snacks provided.

Main level has great room, dining, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and full bath. Generous upstairs kids loft bedroom with plenty to keep the kiddos busy. Lower level has sizable bedroom, couch seating, TV, exterior door, private bathroom and laundry.

Parking for up to 3 cars in driveway and up to one car on the road (but only in front of home and not neighbors). Pet-friendly for $150 pet fee.

Guests have complete access to home, driveway and large yard.

Just two miles (7 min drive) to Beech Mountain Ski Resort. Banner Elk is just down the mountain (15 min drive)

Up to 2 dogs (potentially three with ore-approval). No cats or other animals.
1. No smoking inside. Smoking on deck or yard is permitted but please clean up any butts. A $300 fee will be charged if guests smokes in the cabin to pay for air remediation.

2. Pet fee must be paid prior to arrival or a charge of $250 will be charged

3. Late checkout will be charged a $100 fee if after 10:30am unless otherwise approved ahead of time. This is to help respect our cleaners time and turning house for next guest.

4. Please follow checkout instructions or additional labor fees can be applied if cleaners charge us extra.

5. No parties without prior approval. A fee of $500 could be charged for cleanup.

6. Extra guest fee will be charged if more than 10 guests stay at $50 per night, per guest.

7. If more than two dogs are brought an extra fee of $150 will be added. No cats please due to homeowners allergy.

8. Please only park in driveway or in front of driveway. Please don’t park in front of neighbors’ home or they could legally tow the vehicle.
