Bedroom #3:
Styled in soothing tones, this room offers a full-size bed and a closet, providing a cozy retreat after a day of adventure.

Bedroom #4:

Just off the kitchen, the dining room invites you to gather around the spacious table, offering seating for 6. Whether it’s a leisurely family dinner or a lively meal with friends, the room’s natural light creates an inviting atmosphere. Additional seating for 4 is available at the kitchen island for more casual dining.

Main Living Room:
The open-concept main living room is designed for comfort and relaxation. A white-washed brick fireplace is the room’s focal point, creating a cozy ambiance, while large windows bring the outdoors in, filling the room with natural light. This space is ideal for lounging with a good book or enjoying quiet conversation.

Secondary Living Room:
Located on the first floor, the second living room offers yet another space to relax with a 50” smart TV and a stunning stone fireplace. Surrounded by large windows that offer peaceful garden views, this room is a perfect retreat for cozy nights in.

Step outside and immerse yourself in the beauty of nature. The property is set on peaceful, wooded grounds, where you can stroll along the walking path that leads to the back of the 2.3-acre lot—ideal for taking the dogs out for a leisurely walk or simply soaking in the natural beauty.

The medium-sized deck off the kitchen is perfect for grilling up dinner on a warm summer evening. The Weber grill awaits, and with plenty of seating available, it’s the perfect place to enjoy a BBQ while surrounded by the sights and sounds of Maine’s serene outdoors.

GUESTS ACCESS

Guests will have access to all described rooms and amenities, including the washer/dryer and one Tesla EV charger. Please note the garage is locked for the property owner’s personal storage. There is parking in the driveway for 8 vehicles.

Please note there is no AC in the three first floor bedrooms. Outside of extreme heat waves, these rooms stay at a comfortable temperature. We also have portable fans for airflow. The master bedroom has a wall AC unit, and the upstairs living room also has an 18,000 BTU wall AC unit.


OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:

- We have an additional TopHost Vacation Rentals Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.

- After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Rental Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in our home.

- Unexpected things can happen, so WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND getting travel insurance in case you need to cancel your booking.

- Our properties are always cleaned and turned over by highly rated, professional housekeeping companies.


DOG GUIDELINES:

- By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay.

- No dogs left home alone unless crated.

- 2 dog maximum, $200 pet fee per stay applied to reservation.
